Nice hostel for Single travel”
Excellent CP value. Location near to subway. Housekeeping is very kind, and her English speaking is no accent. Room is tidy, there is space for luggage under the bed, 27-inch suitcase can fit. The price of renting a bath towel is ¥100.

Recommended hostel”
It suits you if you're a solo traveller with budget. The bed is a little bit small but comfortable. The bed and other facilities is clean. The staff is kind and she explained the necessary information about the hostel. The location is great, not to crowded and a lot of small store. It also near Inaricho Station, so it is easy for traveling around Tokyo with train.

Great value of money”
We booked Hostel Kura last August 2019 due to its cheap price. Location is near Inaricho station, a 5-10 minute walk from subway. The area is peaceful and quiet and near to tourist attractions like Asakusa and Ueno. However, there are no storage for luggage, you need to put them under your bed. Overall, it is a great value for money.

If for some reason you want to stay in that particular location like I did, you should go for it. The hostel is within reasonable walking distance of both the Ueno area and Asakusa, which is nice for travelers. All beds are in one big room, and branching off of the room are a couple of toilets and showers. The hostel has a very small seating area, and then that’s about it. For anyone looking for a full kitchen or laundry facilities, look elsewhere! Otherwise it’s perfectly nice.

Cleanliness is good. Staff is fine. However, everything else that suppose to be provided were not providing. It is okay to stay here if other choices are not available.

There is no luggage storage anymore. I put my luggage in the locker in train station. There are some street lockers cheaper than station's. It's a room with lots of beds so the air is not very fresh. The price is quite good at that location.

Best value for money in Ueno”
This was my second stay in Hostel KURA within theist three years. The staff are incredibly welcoming and make you feel like a family member, the hostel itself is a perfect example of function over form too; nothing fancy, but it doesn’t need to be fancy, it just needs to be a place where you sleep and shower, and it’s perfect for that.

The hostel was alright for a couple nights, however the dorm was very packed and noisy. Facilities are ok but only one very small common room that is also used as the reception area.

Historical house will give you a good sleep and nice dream. Nice bed and friendly staff. Good location, providing good price near Asakusa.There is a SENTOU spa near here.

숙소자체가 1층밖에 없어서 층을 오르거나 내리거나 하는 불편함은 없었어요, 그리고 저를 안내해준 여자 직원분께서 영어도 잘하셔서 의사소통에 문제가 없었고 너무 친절했습니다. 또 제가 벙크베드 2층에 잤는데 층고(?)가 매우 높아서 불편함이 덜했어요. 일단 가격이 저렴했기때문에 너무 만족했고 다음에 또 방문의사 있습니다.

간죽간살 인스타그래머들에게 추천”
정말 일-본 스러운 분위기의 숙소에요. 너무 예뻐서 묵으려고 생각한것도 있습니다 ㅋㅋ 제 기대에 걸맞는 예쁨을 자랑하더라고요.. 사진만 300방은 찍고싶었음. 도미토리인데 생각보다 엄청 포근했구요. 화장실이랑 욕실도 깔끔하니 만족스러웠어요 >< 그냥 분위기가 다했습니다. 근데 짐이 너무 많으면 불편할 것 같기는 했어요. 제가 그랬어요..^^ 짐정리할자리가 마땅찮아서 구석에 테이블밀고 우당탕탕했습니다 헤헤 우에노역이랑 엄청가까운건아니라서 진짜 일본분위기 즐기고 혼자 가볍게 묵기 좋은 숙소였어요. 삼각대들고 혼자여행 골목마다 사진찍을때 그런분위기 좋은 숙 소 ! 혼자 가면 또 가고싶을 것 같습니다.

3일 동안 아주 잘 쉬다 갑니다.”
개인 여행자입니다. 3박을 했네요 JR 우에노역에서 도보로 10분 정도 걸립니다. 사실 역 앞에 있는건 아니지만 도쿄 내에서 이정도라면 나쁘지 않습니다. 근처에 편의점 다수 있으며 스키야, 요시노야, 마츠야, 야요이켄이 있습니다. (요시노야는 2군데 있네요) 가볍게 식사할 곳이 많습니다. 단점이라 하면 세탁기가 없습니다. (도보 5분 거리에 코인 세탁방이 있어 그 곳을 사용했습니다.) 그리고 입구에 홀이라 해야하나 식사를 할 수 있는 공간이 좁았다는 점 두가지가 있네요 하지만 저렴한 가격이 커버했습니다. 나쁘지 않았던 것 같아요.

4일간 묵었습니다. 간결한 솔직후기 남길게요. 청결 - 매우 좋습니다. 체크아웃하면 무조건 침구 새걸로 갈아끼우고 청소 매일합니다. 직원분들 - 매우 친절합니다. 별거아닌 질문에도 웃으면서 답해주셔서 너무 좋았어요. 위치 - 우에노역에서는 조금 멀어요. 걸어서 가면 10분정도 걸리는 것 같아요. 캐리어 끌고 다니기에는 조금 힘들수도 있어요. 전 걷는거 좋아해서 별 문제는 없었어요! 조금 멀긴해도 찾아가기는 쉬워요. 거의 직진 편의시설등 - 타올은 렌탈해서 써야해요(바디타올,페이스타올 세트 100엔. 렌탈이에요) 샤워실2개( 안에 샴푸겸린스 하나 바디워시하나 있어요) 화장실 남, 녀 따로 하나씩, 공용두개 그 외 - 침대가 벙커형으로 좌르륵 놓여있는데, 생각보다 통로가 좀 좁아요. 남녀 공동으로 사용하지만, 대부분 다들 커튼을 치고있기에 불편함은 없어요. 단지 다들 조용하게 지내서 큰 소리를 내거나 음식을 먹을때에는 나가서 공용홀에서 드시는게 좋을 것 같아요. 소리에 예민하신 분들은 조금 힘들수도 있어요. 침대앞이 거의 다 통로로 되어있어서 사람들이 지나다닙니다. 커튼 치고있지만 소리는 들리는점 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 전 너무나도 만족스러운 숙소였어요! 가격생각하면 정말 최고죠. 침구도 흰색인데 너무 깔끔하고 편해서 감동이었고, 숙소 밖의 소리는 하나도 안들릴 정도로 방음도 잘 되더라구요. 외국인들도 많아서 친구 사귀기에도 좋았고.. 추천합니다.^^

가격이 다하는 숙박시설”
혼자가실때 숙박을 싸게 하고싶으신 분들한테는 한번쯤은 경험해볼만한 곳입니다. 위생상태도 깨끗했고 잠자리도 불편하지 않고 좋았습니다. 대신 역하고 거리가 좀 멀어서 도착하고 찾으러 오실때 불편하실수도 있어요.
