Personal, Lage und Umgebung
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen durchschnittlich und die Zimmer Zweckmäßig eingerichtet von ausreichender Größe. Leider musste ich krankheitsbedingt eher abreisen, was evtl. meine Einschätzung etwas beeinflusst hat.

Gutes Hotel um Baguio zu genießen”
Lage, Größe (Executive Suite), Bliss Café
Alles in allem eine gute Wahl, wir werden wohl wieder hier absteigen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ich kann nur jedem raten, sich außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Baguio anzusiedeln. Hotel braucht etwas Instandsetzung, ist aber sauber. Personal okay, allerdings bekamen wir für ein Zimmer für 4 Personen nur eine Schlüsselkarte und ernteten Unverständnis und (zunächst) Ablehnung, als wir eine weitere haben wollten. Kleinkariert. Frühstück etwas mau, wenn man auf diese Mahlzeit Wert legt.

Hotel liegt schön in ruhiger grüner Umgebung. Aufenthalt war ok, Qualität des Restaurants schlecht. Wi-Fi im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und war nur in der Lobby vorhanden.

There's no bidet, yet there's no sufficient toilet papers nor tissue. We were four adults plus one child, yet there's only two small pieces of bath soap

Old place and I think water is dirty”
During our last stay it bothered me that when I would turn on the faucet for hot water to come out, the color of the water becomes pure white. Also, at around 4am, there were rowdy guests who made a lot of noise, waking me and my boyfriend up. My boyfriend had to go down TWICE and talk to the security so they can ke kept quiet. The first time he went down the security staff didn’t do anything to approach the rowdy guests. Won’t stay here again.

Would’ve been great if not for..”
Booking confirmation indicated “Pay at the property” but credit card was charged days before arrival at the hotel; and without notice to guest. Upon calling the property, was advised Manila office had to charge the reservation to the credit card given high demand for booked dates.

Sometimes the internet connection was weak- getting disconnected sometimes in the evening-although there is no Airconditioning - just open the patio door in warm weather

Great stay, excellent breakfast”
We stayed for the holy week and it was great. We got the Penthouse 2 room good which is the second largest room. Worth the price I guess for the size of the room. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which has two double beds. I paid extra for my niece who is already 14 yrs old and considered adult, but other kids aged 11 below were free. Check-in was ok. Hotel Staff were attentive. Paid extra for 3 ids charged Php330 each which is fine because we were happy with the breakfast selections and the food was really good. Location is ok. Cons, they don't have service elevator. Hotel staff would ride the elevator with big carts together with the hotel customers. Another thing, that I got annoyed with was during check out, I was charged Php60 because they were looking for one face towel in the room. They said that there were 6 face towels provided, however, we didn't even count the towels in the room on our first day there. After paying they told me that they found the towel and will return the Php60.

Picturesque and nice location”
Stay period: Holy week 2018 March 30 to April 1 Santorini suites Quadruple (basement) Location: Gibraltar St is walking distance to Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, and one ride away to Mines View Park (you may also walk) Picturesque hotel. Pastel colored gazebos and nice landscape. Interior looks great too. Food: average, typical Filipino food. Live band during dinner. You may ask for fast food delivery it's available in the city. They can still improve on this. Fitness center is available, but not maintained. Treadmill is functional too and a couple of stationary bikes. A quick work-out can be done. Hotel room has no airconditioner of course but ceiling fan is available. But the access door to the common backyard is broken. Door knobs are also broken. No bidet hose for the toilet. Lighting is too dim for me. Room service is good. Noise is evident among neighboring rooms. Telco signals and wi-fi speed is quite weak but ok. 1k security deposit must be handed upon check-in. Over-all stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfactory. Staff are courteous and always helpful. Still recommendable.

quaint and comfortable ”
rooms are a good size. there was free wifi. buffet breakfast generous. staff are very helpful. we had a deluxe single on the 2nd floor with a balcony which faced the hotel entrance and could be noisy since we left sliding doors open for the fresh air. otherwise everything else was fine.

This hotel a good choice for a romantic getaway. Far from the busy streets of baguio and a good view both back and front sides. Staffs are all polite all the time. Fantastisch”
Hotel Elizabeth is located near Wright Park so going to these areas, as well as Mines View is a breeze. It's situated in sort of a residential area, so you can be guaranteed of a quiet evening (far from vehicle noises - unless there are noisy guests of course). We had a car so we didn't have issues with transportation. However as I observed, there were no jeepneys nor tricycles passing by the area so I am under the impression that reaching this hotel might be an issue. The check-in was a bit slow as there was only 1 person at the reception area handing both the check-ins and check-outs. Their breakfast was sufficient. It's a nice place to stay in Baguio and we are still seeing ourselves checking-in the next time we are there.
