The rooms are a good size with a bath tub. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Lots of options for eating. The breakfast at the hotel was not good. Everything was cold. The staff were very accommodating.

Staff were nice and helpful. They were able to let us borrow a universal adaptor as well as a flat iron. The rooms were cleaned daily. The place is close to train station which makes other places accessible. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and a 24/7 Yoshinoya that’s a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Located 5 minutes away from a JR and metro station with 4 line access. Quiet but professional staff and very clean and comfortable. Room is big with a lot of counter space. Would like to stay here again

Bad Service front desk I never met before !!”
First , my points of view , the Location is not convenient for those traveling in japan even near to the train station . Not so much choice of restaurants surrounding . Very quiet area . Second , the front desk was not helpful . I was seeking for help to asked 2 front desk staff ( young male) for assistance to call the car rental to check on availability . And they was told me that , they can’t help us as THIS is NOT THEIR JOB duties . I was telling them I can’t call them as I can’t speak Japanese at all , I hope you may help me to call few rental car company to check on availability of car rent . At first, they are ignored us what we asking for help . By end , I was telling them , I really need your kind assistance to help us on this matter . And I need to show them this is part of your service to try to assist your guest question or problem instead of just ignored us . And it’s just take about 5-10mins. I hope management staff should improved their service or hire more experienced staff to carry the right duties .

I’ｍ afraid,we are not wizards.So...even if you ask to reserve a rental car immediately on the morning of the day, we cannot accommodate you.And,actually, we do not accept services such as arranging rental cars. 离四桥站步行约5分钟，周围有很多当地人去的饭店，也要吉野家这样的连锁店。也要JR line，交通很便利了。房间不小，干净舒适，可在前台自行领取pola的洗面奶等，推荐。

アーリーチェックインを急にお願いしましたがフロントの方が快く対応してくださいました。 お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 ひとつだけ…トイレの水が止まりにくくなっていたのでタンクを開けて手動で都度止めました。その旨はスタッフさんにお伝えしましたので改善されているはずと思います。 それ以外は大変過ごしやすかったです ありがとうございました。

シャワールームの広さとベッドの硬さが気に入りました”
バスタブは無いけど、広いウォークインシャワーでした。満足です。 ベッドは硬めで寝やすかったですし、枕は柔らかめと硬めと二つあり、有り難かったです。 足拭きタオルがかなり小さめ。バスタオルのみでフェイスタオルは無し。でもエコ志向なのでしょう。

冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターがあると良いですね。スペースの問題あがあると思いますが レセプションがもう一つあると良いですね。 ルーム内は各所良かったです。 前回シャワールーム部屋の時にシャワーが頭から出てきて冷たい思いをしました。間違いやすいので何か周囲表示されたら良いかもです。
