Accessible, clean facilities and budget friendly hotel in Davao”
Booked a bed in the Budget Bunk Room, the room has strong AC so it's comfortable. Bathroom is clean with bidet and hot shower. No issue with the water pressure. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner and clean towel upon check in. They have water dispenser so you can just bring your own bottle and refill. Location is very accessible, near People's Park. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Staff are nice. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would definitely book here again in the future.

Pretty Good”
Writing this review months after my stay. I stayed in a shared room and it was pretty good. Location was good to. Was able to walk to many landmarks. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Fair warning for unmarried couples planning to stay here: they have a notice upfront that they check whether couples are married before allowing them to lodge. There was a sign in the lobby LOL hard to miss. Found it backward as not everyone's Catholic but whatever.

Highly recommended at the city”
The staff are very friendly and accomodating. There is a safe parking and guard on duty during night time. It was Near tourist spot and market. I booked thru agoda the same day I checked in and it is hassle free. The bed and comforter is very comfortable. The room was big and spacious specially for those who had luggages like us Very much recommended.

Great value for money”
Very comfy bed. The room has very simple but clean furnishings. Very helpful staff. They have a massage center affiliate if you want to be massaged in your room. For anyone concerned: The hotel has a note in the front office that says they 'value the sanctity of marriage' and therefore they do not let unmarried couples who plan to be in one room stay in the hotel.

Excellent Location, Helpful Staff, Value for Money”
I was an unexpected solo traveler and I booked this hotel few days before my trip. The location is very central as you can walk to most tourist spots in downtown Davao. There are many restaurants and convenience store nearby and public transportation options are available for DIY travelers who would like to commute and experience the local life. I went to the PHL Eagle Center by riding a van from Bangkerohan Public Market to Calinan, and then a tricycle to my destination. Malagos Garden Resort and Bamboo Sanctuary are also within the area. You can ride a multicab to Sasa Ferry Terminal and then get on a barge to Samal Island in no time. I would also like to commend the staff especially Jane for being so helpful and courteous every time I have questions with directions and every day that I was there. Plus Point: There is a water dispenser for hot and cold beverage so all you have to so is bring a reusable water bottle and some coffee and cereals to perk you up in the morning. :)

The hotel is clean like it’s a new one. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The location is perfect. Walking distance to people’s park and pasalubong center. Just a few steps to jollibee, mcdo, mang inasal, greenwich and other resto. The price is very cheap for a five rated hotel!

There were no elevators and I had a huge piece of luggage with me when I checked in at their hotel. The staff was very accommodating and carried the luggage for me. Luggage also fits the locker in the bunk bed rooms. The bunk bed listing also says that's there no shower and air conditioning but don't worry, there is two provided for use of all. Also walking distance to a mall and 24h fast food stores. Overall pleasant experience. Checked their rates at the hotel and you will definitely save more if you book thru Agoda!

Perfect”
Everything was perfect! I got nothing to complain with. I got the bunk beds. Supposed to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8 days lol. Shoutout to the receptionist Luisa for being the kindest and loveliest staff ever! (She deserves a price from the management!) She’s the only staff that has this positive attitude! ♥️ Definitely going back xx

Love the place”
Their dorm room and the whole place looks modern and well-maintained. The toilet and bath is inside the room so you don't have to go out to take a shower. They provide towel, 2in1 shampoo and body wash, locker, access card. Air conditioner is cold and wifi is fast. Receptionists are helpful. One of the best dorms that I've stayed at. Thank you Hotel Midori.

I have always stayed at this hotel location , even with prior owners .... called , I think ,, bogo hotel .... and now with current owners they made it a better holel .... a man named Oliver worked for both owners ....they said there was no Oliver there .... is there or is there not .... thanks

Good selection for budget travel”
With bathroom inside the bunk bed room, the bathroom has washstand that you can put your toiletries, very convenience for personal usage. The bed and locker is large enough that you can put all your belongs together. There is a department and supermarket nearby, just walk around then you can buy all the necessary foods.

Clean and bright room, and friendly staff made my stay comfortable. Very basic but convenient. Although the hotel did not offer breakfast, it was no biggie as there are a lot of food place options within 50 meters including a cafe just adjacent to the hotel.

I stayed here because of its proximity to the hospital where I’m getting my treatments. Place is clean, staff are efficient and friendly and relatively quiet despite its location being in a busy area. Will surely come back.

Newly renovated hotel. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and some new bars. It's just the bathroom still needs to be renovated. Outdated tiles but still clean nonetheless. Bed was soft!

Great experience. I stayed in their female dormitory room. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sorry if I didn't get the names. From front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone was amazing. Part of the hotel is still under construction but it didn't bother me because I didn't hear noise in my room. I will stay again in this hotel.
