Best location if you’re going to Ameyoko area.”
The hotel looks and feels new. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is along a main road but you will not hear the cars passing by. The family room is good enough for a group of tourists on a budget. I went with my toddler and grandpa. There was a lot of space to run around. The bathroom is wide enough not like most budget hotels in Japan. The breakfast tray was simple and elegantly presented. The restaurant on the 14th floor restaurant has a view of Skytree on jungle of buildings. There are two sets of washer and dryer coin laundry machines for eveyone which is very useful for travellers. Parking is available for a fee which is very convenient and cheap for people who want to travel with cars. I didn’t like how they mind my request for an air purifier/cleaner machine for my toddler. They didn’t even confirm if I needed one. I’m assuming they didn’t read it. I just didn’t mind asking because the room was clean and odorless. I also requested for late checkout but i just ignored it the same way.

Clean, well equipped, helpful staff”
Our family had a very good stay here. The room was clean, new, well equipped and big enough for 3 person. The room with sofa bed was big for tokyo standard and we are able to open our luggages and still walk around with ease. The room with 3 beds though, was smaller but it still comfortable for our family of 3. I will have to give special mention to the staff who helped me on luggage delivery. She went out of her way to help me communicate with 7-11 staff to arrange delivery. Didnt get her name but she was Japanese speaking lady frm Indonesia. The hotel is quite a walk frm Ueno main station and Keisei Ueno, if you are coming from airport. However, its a short 200m frm Okachimachi JR station and 10m frm metro.

Spacious Room, Best Location”
I have 2 different booking ID and each for 2 nights. I contacted them to check if i can have the same room for 4 consecutive nights so i don't need to check -out and check in again. And they are more than happy to do that. I came to the hotel early around 7 am, so i leave all my luggages while i am exploring the city. I get back at 7 pm, and all the luggages are already inside my room. The service is so good. They cleaned up my room everyday. Definitely will comeback.

Modern but a bit noisy”
Nice rooms but I would recommend getting a room off the main road if you’re a light sleeper. I had asked for a quiet room at check-in but unfortunately it’s all they had.

Location is walk distance from Ueno station, convenience to go to airport , disneyland and tourist place . Room is quite big compare with other hotel in this area. Hotel is quite new with fully equipment . Staff is very nice and can speak english.

Tourist friendly and Best value”
We are very happy with Hotel Monday since it’s near a JR line and Tokyo Metro Station. You can also walk to some parts of Akihabara and Ameyokocho is nearby. Lots of options to eat and there are nearby convenience stores making it tourist friendly. The room is more spacious than a usual Tokyo chain hotel. Overall we are very happy and we want to come back and stay again with them.

Our room for 3 is too small, no space for our luggages, it was so hard to move around. Room was just enough for 1-2 pax. Location was okay as it was just near exit 1 of Nakaokachimachi Station. And can walk to ueno
