would recommend in 100%! we paid around 9,000¥ and the room was fab! luxurious with everything you would think of! Very clean and beautiful. There was karaoke, jacuzzi, mini bar, lots of amenities, bath robes, tea and coffee. The staff was very kind. Absolutely loved the older lady in reception and a man that took care of our lagugae as an early check in. I would come back if I would be going Tokyo again

Great place, central”
Very big rooms for value if you can get over the fact its a love hotel. Close to train on JR Line - great for Shinjuku Shibuya etc - and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Tip on avoiding climb up hill - on exit from train turn right and right again up street which has much less incline then the most direct one on the google.

The location is very good, not so far from the station. Just go left from otsuka station, it's up the hill. Many convenience store nearby. The room is veeeerrryyy wide, compare to normal hotels around japan. With the same budget, you can get a wide room, very wide bathroom, great bathing amenities, clean towels, refrigerator, and microwave. But I suggest, only go here if you travel in couple. Because like its name, it's an adult only hotel. The TV channels are for adult only. But I think their soundproof is very good, we didn't hear a thing during our stay. I really recommend this hotel because the facilities of this hotel is far better than the normal hotels around Japan, but only if you travel with couple. I really not recommend this hotel for family especially with children.

Best Love Hotel around”
We had an exquisite stay at Hotel PAL. The staff were very accommodating and even had interpreters on call for multiple languages. The rooms were ready ahead of the check-in time, which was nice. There is room service, a karaoke machine, a jacuzzi, and wonderful amenities. The service was also fantastic, truly a 4/5 star service experience for a 3 star price. The rooms were cheaper when booking the same day, but that is the usual trend for love hotels in Japan, they are not really meant to be booked. But, we are glad we did for this one. Anytime we come back to Tokyo, we will stay here for the wonderful service and excellent stay.

Amazing amenitites and experience in a love hotel!”
Easily the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. This love hotel was so clean, the staff were so nice and even had translators available on Skype to assist us, totally worth the price. There is food available to be ordered from the room, large jacuzzi, karaoke in each room, and you can even see what each room looks like (they all have a different style). There is also a fridge with drinks you can buy in the room. You are getting 5 star service and amenities for a 3 star price. I would recommend this to anybody. Only thing was that the economy double had a bigger jacuzzi than the superior double. The superior double had a couch, but I think the economy double is a better deal for the money. Either way, the best place I have ever stayed at.

せっかくいい部屋を予約したのに…”
iPhoneの画面をテレビに映す機能やら、メニュー用のタブレットやら、iPhoneの充電器やらがすべて使えません。無料レンタルでたのんだハンディーマッサージ機もコードの接触が悪くてほとんど使えません。レンタル品はせめて、電源が入るのを確認してから持って来るべきではないでしょうか。フロントに苦情をいっても、仕方がないの一点張りで、改善する気がないので、苦情をいう気も失せました。いまさら、他の宿泊先を探すわけにも行かないので、我慢せざるを得ないのを確信してやってる感じに思えて仕方がないです。非常に不愉快でした。
