Awesome place”
Our over all experience is excellent though some needs improvement like the breakfast which doesn't taste good like the longganisa seems half cook. coffee doesn't taste good and service is taking a long time the rest are good. Pool has almost 6 feet which is good. We love the rooms and for sure we'll be coming back. Some areas are still under renovation.

I think the facility must be renovated. Dark or dim hall ways (I understand to save the energy) but the room offered was in the end. Good staff they transferred us late night bec the AC is not working properly. Overall okay with the inclusion.

Our small family has been going to this hotel until it closed down pre-pandemic. It has recently opened, I think, under a new management. The pool is nice but the management has decided to limit pool hours from 7:00am to 6:00 pm. The rooms have not been renovated, they are a bit old but still, they are still good and very spacious. The gym equipment are outdated and some are already creaking. Buffet breakfast on day 1 was a disappointment for my hubby and daughter because it was limited to watery champorado fried rice, boiled egg, oily chicken adobo and canned tuna sauteed in onions . The next day was fine as there were cereals, arroz caldo, hotdog, scrambled egg. You might want to bring your own bath towels if you are too picky or careful - the hotel's bath towels are worn out, with threads hanging at the sides but to be fair, they smelled clean. My daughter had a terrific time pointing out to us how the hygiene/btahroom kits were labeled: "The comb" and "The razor" We will most likely stay again because of its ideal location.

Stayed here for the weekend race and the staff was friendly and helpful with us, even offered us an early breakfast because we need to drive early to the events venue.

Mode of payment sucks”
We tried paying through credit card, their terminal won't accept it. We also tried debit card, same thing it won't accept it. We have no choice but to pay cash. That sucks, very disappointing. They should upgrade their terminals if they are not working

My family went to Clark for a quick staycation. Amenities were basic. Rooms were spacious and clean enough but a bit run down. The toilet in our room always got clogged but their handyman would come to the rescue when we would call them. Staff were professional. There was a lot of parking.
