The room gets cleaned everyday. The staff are very nice, usually try to help you when you wanna ask something. Room size is quite bigger than average room of the same type in Tokyo (enough to open your suitcases). The only inconvenient point is you have to transfer to another escalator to get on the 1st floor to go out.

Compared to properties in other Japan cities, this was not as value for money. Room looked dimmer and older compared to the photos. However, it was clean and staff were very helpful. I would recommend for travelers who are not willing to pay more for better hotels in Tokyo as Tokyo accommodation are generally expensive.

The Hotel location is very confused about taxi drivers. The hotel map provided by the hotel was not understood by taxi drivers. I had a hard time to explain every trip back to the hotel. Luckily, I can explain in Japanese.

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz nahe der Tokio station, aber für einen JR-Rail Pass Besitzer der gut zu fuss ist, ist die Lage ganz gut. Zimmer und Bad sind klein aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Bett ist schmal, aber für zwei schlanke Menschen ganz OK. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr vielfältig und gar nicht abwechslungsreich aber OK.

Ruhiges Hotel”
Perfekt um lange zu schlafen die ersten drei Stockwerke liegen im Keller. Zu Fuss kann man locker nach Ginza und Tokyo Station laufen, allerdings besser ohne Gepäck. Die Zimmer sind für Tokyo aussreichend gross, das Frühstück kann man getrost verschlafen. Eine merkwürdige Kombination aus Flugzeug mamelade und Butter und Japanischer guten morgen Suppe.

Die Sicht war leider durch ein nahes Haus sehr eingeschränkt, weshalb es auch etwas dunkel war. Aber ansonsten ein ganz hervorragendes Business Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Hotel ist nicht all zu gross. Das merkt man sehr positiv. Ausserdem war es ruhig und nicht so von Turis überlaufen.

SATISFIED WITH ROOM, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!”
So far, this is the best and most affordable hotel one could ever dream of! First, the hotel is just a kilometer away from Tokyo Station, and the nearest subway train station is Mitsukoshimae (5 minute walk from the hotel). Second, though the hotel is near the offices, the surrounding is pretty quiet - even at day time! Third, the room is very clean. Not that very big but it is enough for a family of three (My husband, I and our baby). And the room is kept clean every day. I love the bathroom. Fourth, the staff are all friendly! They speak very basic English, but both can still understand each other. I tried my best to speak with them in my very basic Japanese, and good thing is, they understood me. Fifth, the breakfast is also good, above average (well, for me). Almost everyday, we had our breakfast here before going to our activity for the day. Sixth, there is a free bus service from the hotel to Tokyo Station every day. Just check with them the schedules. Lastly, many restaurants!

Given the real estate restrictions in Japan, this room was great given the convenience of being close to train stations, or the distance to sheltered walkways and underground walkways to the stations. Convenience stores and vending machines being aplentiful in Tokyo, meant that we will never go hungry or thirsty, the nearest vending machine is only 20 seconds away from the entrance/exit of the hotel.

I stayed here for one week and everything just went perfect. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and very clean. Location is amazing. Just a few minutes walking to mitsukoshimae station and tokyo station within 15 minutes walk. Definitely would stay here again.
