The house consist in a group of 4 guest houses with a small garden and small swimming pool between.”

The guest house is consisting of two bedroom, two bathroom, one relaxing area and one kitchen with a breakfast table. In the morning the breakfast is really poor for a standard continental type, made by manager inside of the guest house w/o asking what exactly we'll prefer for breakfast. No tea or coffee was made. The house is charming, clean and we'll equipped. It is provided a free transportation to different parts of town by the manager husband only till 2000 he, after it is with payment. The location it is 10-15 minutes driving faraway from anything.

It's good, but very expensive based on price which I paid. And other price (Tour & Food) is really expensive than normal price.

Overall it was just ok,but the male staff is very helpful..only negatives side is the taxi we asked the hotel to book for us to the night market is quite pricey at 1500baht..even the extra bed was charged at 1500baht..

Anniversary Trip”

My stay here was an awesome one, having the pool just infront of us. There are 4 of us with our local friend in krabi, the best is that the have a complete kitchen, and we are able to cook and eat together at the dinning table. very good for big family who want to have bonding session without having to have room separated. there are dvds provided to watch as a family if there is no more night activity. They provide you a local handphone to call for anything you like, transport, pillow etc. this is because the is no receptions, it is like a house but with hotel feeling. This phone also can be use to call ur local friend or your tour guide. They provide free shuttle to places, but if you required later timing to go home then you have to pay extra for it. The only negative is that one of the room the toilet is separate from the room, therefore if you got 2 couple like myself, the one staying in that room will not feel so great to go out to the toilet, away from the room. Will recommend to those who have big family. There are extra bed too. At least 6 person can stay in the house.

AWESOME!”

The first impression of Irawan house was awesome. 2 couples 2 room. The place is very clean, big and they have almost everything we need (washing machine etc). The caretaker/manager, Po, was very helpful throughout our trip! We almost didn't have to plan our itinerary; once you reach there, she'll show you the place and ask if you have booked for any tours (boat tours etc). She will give you pamphlets for you to look through and choose. She even help us to book and to bargain. The place also can have food delivery from the nearby shop and home-service massage (which is slightly expensive than the ones outside but it's good). Our dinner venues were recommended by her, other than going to krabi town to take a look. They have the free tuktuk service which can bring us to any location (but will have to take the public ones back, Po will write the address for you to show the drivers). Po's service was so good that you call her with the phone provided, she'll answer the call almost immediately! we were really impressed. Even though it was stated no room service, our rooms were cleaned after we left for activities. Plates were washed etc. Bad things to say about the place? None! other than mosquitoes which you'll have to buy coil and put it outside. It was an wonderful experience which Po has provided us. We will definitely go back there for holiday!

Nice villa”

The 2 room villa that we stay was big and spacious for 4 adults and 1 children. All kitchen utensil are available. Staff is friendly. the downside is the air condition is not cold enough.

irawan house was disasterous!!!!.... ”

irawan house was disasterous!!!!.... the owner (he or a she. im not sure) kick us out in the middle of the night. he or she is afraid of the noise pollution. very rude and unreasonable and owner!! if you are looking for a pleasant stay, avoid irawan house! what a spoiler. luckily the care taker was kind enough to transfer us to a new villa. if the care taker was a owner, im sure irawan would be a better place.

A feel-like-home stay”

Although the location is not walkable to beach or Aonang downtown, they provide shuttle service to us that we don't feel trouble getting to downtown. They location is in quiet area and 10 mins walk to convenience store, but i personally not recommend to walk. (The hotel provide motorcycle). Bed room, living room, bathroom, all have enough space for u to feel comfortable.

Comfortable and Relaxing ”

Firstly, the staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. They helped in booking the tours, massage and taxi. They also went extra mile ( out of their job scope ) such as bringing us to a local night street and suggesting us some restaurants that previous customers went and said was a good place. Irawan House is beautiful and spacious, new and clean. equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, safe box, some basic DVDs, mosquito spray etc. Its quite far from krabi town ( like other hotels), tutuk service which can be easily booked via the staff can bring you there. Nopprathara Beach is ~1-1.5km away,you can choose to either walk there or get a tutuk to bring you there. some local food stalls and 7-11 can be found within walking distance

Personnel aux petits soins, belle petite piscine. VILLAS très biens équipées. Bon standing. En revanche il vous faut un véhicule.

环境相对私密，3个独立的building中间围着一个小游泳池，厨房用具很全，还可以BBQ，适合家庭。5分钟距离到7-11和几个小超市，周末还能有个小的夜市食街。管家服务很贴心，到达以后给了一个当地的电话，而且设置好了管家电话快捷键，tutu车早晨到晚上八点免费接送，虽然预定是不含早，每天早晨也做好了华夫饼煎鸡蛋和香肠。游泳池略小，但是陪孩子玩也够了。离海滩其实很近，步行十多分钟可以到达，如果去奥南海滩比较热闹那片，还是坐tutu方便。

不错的套房酒店”

总体来说挺不错的 房间干净，有2个卧室，其他设备齐全，服务员po服务很好，帮我们预定了很多行程，院子不大，泳池也不大，不过很干净，唯一不足就是早餐还要自己付钱。

직원들이 친절하고 유닛이기 때문에 24시간 직원이 상주하지는 않습니다. 대신 현지 폰을 대여해 주기때문에 문의가 있을때는 직원에게 바로 연락하면 됩니다. 시내와 거리가 있지만 9-7시까지는 무료로 왕복 교통편을 제공해주고 있습니다. 적어도 10분전에 요청하면 됩니다. 다시한번 가게된다면 꼭 다시 묶고 싶은 곳이에요

ทุกอย่างโดยรวมดีมากๆค่ะ รวมถึงพนักงานที่คอยดูแลทุกอย่างเป็นกันเอง ดีกว่าทุกๆที่ที่เคยพักมา แต่มีข้อเสียนิดเดียวในเรื่องของอาหารเช้าที่มีให้จำกัดเท่านั้น อยากให้เพิ่มในส่วนนี้ และแน่นอนว่าครั้งต่อไปอยากกลับมาพักที่นี้อีกนะคะ^^
