Had a 3 nights stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and though small. But it is a norm for Japan hotel. Hotel is near to Tokyo station, about 7min walk to the station. It is quiet at night, hence it suits people who wants to have a peaceful rest at night. Even in the morning, there wasn't many people in the lift.. and you wont hear your neighbours dragging their luggage in the morning or night. so I was a bit surprised. Nevertheless, I had a good stay as I felt safe at night as a solo traveller.

Best for solo woman traveller ”
Everything was perfect except breakfast, which is a bit strange like a high-school cafeteria. If you are solo traveller and not here for business trip i recommend you to eat outside to save cost for including breakfast to your hotel cost. Other than that all perfect for those who wants to just sleep in and rest after all day walk around Tokyo! Perfect location perfect service

Excellent location, value for money”
Lovely surprise, easy access after emerging from central exit Yaseau of Tokyo JR station, not rich but decent breakfast spread, friendly and efficient reception, understandably small but clean room. Recommend for those seeking a stay to catch a train, or those sightseeing most parts of the day.

Good location”
Room looks brand new, with individual air conditioning, spotlessly clean, just few minutes away from Tokyo JR station. The only down side is the room is quite small, which may not be able to fit a big suitcase.

Very good location, small but very clean, offers super comfortable beds, very adequate buffet breakfast, very polite staff what more could you ask for in a hotel.

Love the amenities, neighborhood... and very close to Tokyo Station”
I would definitely go here again as we made Tokyo Station our travel hub/resource for getting around Japan whether it was out to Kyoto/Osaka or even up to Hokkaido. I already recommended this to friends, and they have considered it multiple times over.

normally japan hotel don't provide free breakfast, so this hotel has a great deal for us. the breakfast is simple and have nice varieties of different food items like eggs, rices and coffee.

its afew streets away from the subway station. good location”
very near to the bus station to Mt Fuji and JR line, theres afew restaurants and pubs around the area. and the underground tunnels to the subway have more restaurants and shoppings. stay here for more affordable and nearer station to Disneyland and akihabara .

The location near the main train station was great for us. The price is a little bit higher, but we didn't want to ride long ways with small kids. There's a breakfast for all guests. Nothing spectacular, just normal croissants, onigiri with tuna fish, some fruits from the can and drinks. Kids loved the free tea with peach taste, which is always offered nere the reception. The check in was pretty long. I don't know why. We were the only guests to check in and it took about 20-25 minutes to copy the passes. It was pretty nerving after the long traveling with small kids. In another hotels it took always about max. 5 minutes. We had 2 rooms and they were near each other, which was great. The rooms are not very big, but I found them very cozy.

Affordable, and fantastic location”
For the price, room was reasonably spacious. The bathroom amenities was of wonderful quality and there’s even a small bathtub! Location was perfect! Just 5 mins walk from Tokyo Station Central Exit. Breakfast was basic but delicious, if you don’t mind eating the same thing everyday. But the location is near to so many eateries and a 7Eleven across the street, there’s great selection and variety.

great value, location, cleanliness, etc. Staff are a little snooty,...not sure why. I've stayed there several times and their attitudes have been a bit snooty each time.... otherwise GREAT! :)
