Dieses Homestay, hat nichts mit der auf den Bildern gezeigten Unterkunft zutun!!!! Es gibt keinen Pool und keine Dachterrasse auf Nachfragen haben wir keine Antwort bekommen, erst als wir auscheckten wurde gesagt das man dafür in ein anderes Hotel gehen muss! Das Zimmer vor allem das Bad waren extrem dreckig und auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich das Bett neu gemacht. An der Rezeption war nie jemand erreichbar. Ich hoffe das niemand auf diesen Betrug rein fällt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und in der Umgebung gibt es diverse Restaurants sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt neben an. Ins Stadtzentrum sollte man ein Taxi nehmen, da man zu Fuß etwa eine Stunde benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

Sehr gutes Homestay. Die Betreiber sind überaus freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Helfen bei jedem Problem. Zimmer sind sehr modern und relativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Strand ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in nähster Umgebung. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann ist es das harte Bett und der Strand in der direkten Umgebung, der vom Meer aufgefressen wird. Schönere Strände gibt es aber auch nach einem kleinen Spaziergang.

Not what they promise on agoda”

We booked a room with balcony at this hotel because we wanted to relax at the pool. There is no pool, no garden and no BBQ area as listed and shown on agoda. They displayed pictures are from another hotel! Our room was already given to someone else, so we didn't even get a balcony. They gave us 2$ discount which enabled us to buy some ice cream though. It's clean and the staff is friendly, but we feel cheated.

The location is perfect. The beach is Just a 2 min walk and you can use the sunbeds of the hai long dragon sea restaurant for free. The staff of Ki No Homestay is very Lovely. They want to help you out wherever you need. We had a Great stay :)

More a Boutique Hotel than a Homestay”

There are two Ki No very close to each other, I have now stayed in both. The Ki No 2 is twelve months newer and has a small pool. The owners manage both with the same staff and are excellant people as are the rooms, I haven't a negative comment to make about either I would recommend staying there if looking for an good inexpensive option at Cua Dai Beach Hoi An.

Nice place”

There is no swimming pool in this place ( like picture would suggest) but it is nice. Room are simple but done with good taste. Staff is very nice and helpful. I needed to print something out and as they didn't have their own printed they got my copies someplace outside and didn't want any money for it. Everything works there perfectly, please it's new. It's bit difficult to find, as you have to go into the narrow street from the main one and then another narrow one - I have asked for direction in the hair salon near by.

Relaxing clean environment ”

My sister and I stayed here when we came to Hoil An and we were very happy with our choice. For the price the place is great. Very clean and modern rooms withe very friendly staff. The location is out of the city which we were glad to be. The beaches are just a stone throw away and there is everything you need within a quick walk or ride. We rented a motorbike from them which made it easy to get around and go into the city for some shopping and sight seeing. Breakfast was great and they did our laundry for us. The only small complaint was that we had to change our dates due to a sickness which delayed our arrival by a day and we were charged another full day to stay. But it was in the policy so can't really hold it against them. They were able to accommodate for our new dates needed. Would highly recommend if your looking for a budget price but quality and clean room.

Tsao the best hostess ”

one of the best homestay thanks to Tsao and his family, very friendly and family. They help you at all. It offers free bikes to move around the city. Very good breakfast and very good coffee sua. Near the beach and 4 kms from Hoi An center. Uno de los mejores homestay gracias a Tsao y su familia, muy amables y familiares. Te ayudan en todo, y te ofrecen bicis gratis para que te puedas mover por la ciudad. Muy ricos los desayunos y muy buen café sua. Cerca de la playa y a 4 kms de Hoi An centro.
