Good value for the cost”
It's not first time that I use this accommodation, maybe second or third time. In fact, this place is not my first choice, mostly because of my own regular business area mapping (so it's not this hotel's problem). The great thing of the KKR hotel is its access to the transportation. The metro station, Takebashi, is connected to the place and we can reach the hotel without being bothered by bad weather. At this moment, the station is under the renovation and the pathway is quite narrow. But don't worry, it's still quite convenient. The room space, quality is satisfactory for the cost. There's nothing special around the hotel, that might give a buzz for your night life. You can stay calm and have a good sleep, with only a far and silent noise from the nearby Metropolitan Expressway. When the trip is for the business, you can be sure to keep this hotel in your list.

Comfort corner in the mid of Tokyo”
Convenient access & travel by the subway exit at door step (on rainy day our hand is free of umbrella). Good peaceful location - at Takebashi station, it is surrounded or in the midst of Tokyo attraction clusters, business clusters, also local life e.g. Otemachi-Tokyo station-Nihombashi, Imperial Palace-garden-sci museum, Jimbocho, Roppongi, Shinjuku, etc. All staffs are hospitable & experienced, even those unable English. (The hotel has been well established here & has several branches nationwide.) The spacious place gives more comfort after hopping around the crowded Tokyo town whole day. Its BANQUET full service often holds Christ wedding ceremony, so you may incidentally be in this pleasure atmosphere during the stay.

An quiet place !”
- there is the signal of wifi at room but you cannot connect internet (although the staff come to fix directly). it's better at lobby (ground floor). - the hotel's not located near any residential or commercial areas so you have to take a taxi (~710yen)or train about 10 minute form here. good point that there is the station below this hotel. - the breakfast is end at 9 a.m (moving to another place) so it's not comfortable for a family with young children! on sat & sun, you'd go out for lunch! - a good place for your business trip here!

Great location and did the job perfectly”
Will use them again in Japan. Easy check in and check out. Room smaller than an American would expect but perfect when you spend only sleeping time in an hotel. Best view of the Imperial Palace grounds especially since most of the grounds are off limit to tourist I am afraid.

Great location”
I had stayed here earlier in the week prior to my visit to Kyoto. On my return journey, I again stayed here. This time though I was somewhat disappointed with the room. It was smaller than the room I had during my earlier stay although I paid the same price per night. Nevertheless, it served my purpose since I was hardly in the room and was roaming around Tokyo. I think the biggest plus point of this hotel is accessibility via Tokyo Metro. I would recommend it if you are looking for something moderately priced, but it is not a hotel I would recommend for relaxation, or at least not the room that I stayed in.

Great Location”
The room was sufficient in size, and it was clean and well maintained. I could store my luggage in the hotel after checking out the next day while I roamed around Tokyo and caught a train to Kyoto later in the evening, which was very convenient. I had some trouble finding the hotel when I got off the Tokyo Metro the first time, as I was yet new to the Tokyo Metro system. The Metro station (Takehashi) has many exits and you need to know the correct exit which opens up right in front of the hotel lobby. Once you figure this out getting from the hotel to anywhere in Tokyo is a breeze.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms by Tokyo standard”
this is a great hotel to start your trip in tokyo if you want somewhere more calm and not as overwhelming as other districts. it is a 5 min taxi ride (costs jpy800 or less) from tokyo station, where the narita express arrives into. the service was efficient and the room was surprisingly spacious - i have stayed in many hotels in tokyo and this is one of the best in the mid price range.

lovely neighborhood across from the imperial palace and gardens. close to the museum of modern art, craft museum and the national archives of japan. easy transportation access just outside the hotel lobby. wonderful restaurants in the building and near by. it rained my entire stay so i borrowed an umbrella from the hotel. silk comforter, japanize pillows, sheisado face soap. very excited to return here again.

Not a hotel for business travelers”
this hotel is very inconvenient for business travelers. to go to anyone of the main business districts by train, you have to transfer trains at least once, and more likely, two or three times. taxis are hard to come by because of the location. this hotel doesn't even have any convenience stores within walking distance, which is a rare in tokyo.

Great location and helpful staff”
Room clean and bathroom bigger than most. Bed really comfortable and breakfast room has amazing views. A really lovely experience. Would stay there again. Easy to print the documents I needed in a hurry.

Great outside, excellent inside”
The hotel is 50 steps from the Kokyo - Imperial Palace with ponds, swans, royal fish and beautiful surroundings. Otemachi is the nearest station, but if you walk 15 minutes you reach Tokyo stationa - the hub to all city destinations. Limusine bus from Narita stops here as well. 700-900 yen taxi to the hotel from Tokyo station. The rooms are small, but confortable - this is Japan, not Vegas. There are 3-4 great eating places inside the hotel, so you can each freash seafood and watch the traffic from the top - very realxing. For Orthodox people - Nikorai-do Cathedral is very close to the hotel.
