Good value for money”
The room is very good and clean, and has enough space. There is a good value supermarket just near the apartment. But the wifi in my room didn't work properly, no one could help me to solve the problem even if I contacted the customer service by phone and email multiple time, I can only use my prepaid data sim card for internet access. Furthermore, you have to keep all your garbages in the room as it is self-service apartment and no one would help you to collect them, unless you have a good knowledge on the recycle requirement in Japan than you could put them into the recycle bin outside the apartment. In summary I still suggest this apartment if you want to find a room with good quality and low price.

Easy access to the the subway. there is a supermarket and drugstore nearby. Only downside is the double bed was too cramped for 2 people. Though we requested for twin bed. Room was clean and toiletries was provided.

事前の連絡メールも、わかりやすく丁寧で安心できました。 清潔で綺麗で、無駄な物も無く過ごしやすかったです。 近くに、コインランドリー、スーパー、マツキヨと必要な物は直ぐに買いに行けました。 駅も徒歩圏内で便利でした。 まるで、ここにずっと住んでるかのようなは落ち着いて過ごせました。 ありがとうございました、

合理的價格，飯店級的住宿體驗！”
地理位置：民宿接近板橋車站(附近還有北池袋站、西巢鴨站) 從民宿步行至板橋站僅需5-7分鐘。由於板橋站距離池袋站僅一站，所以不管你是要去淺草、新宿、原宿、上野....等，都相當方便快速。生活機能相當良好，附近有lawson、24hr麥當勞、居酒屋、藥妝店、大超市、洗衣店...等，但環境相當安靜清幽，是個可愛的小區。 民宿環境：是公寓式的獨立房間，除了出入公寓的大門之外，每個房間也都有獨立的空間，鎖都相當的新，安全上是很放心的。雖然房間不大，但裝飾的相當溫馨漂亮，很有藝術氣息，隔音也相當良好，我們剛好住在公寓出入口的大門旁而已，沒什麼聽到噪音，而且小區本身也很安靜。浴室、廁所、洗手台的設備都有很棒的水準，最重要的是非常乾淨，至少我沒有看到任何的藏污納垢。床鋪、棉被、枕頭都很舒適，我們都睡得很好，床頭就有插座，房間內各處也都有充足的插座，超級方便。其他設備還有：微波爐(在房間外)、冷氣、吹風機、熱水壺、小冰箱、熨斗、吸塵器、衣櫃、所有盥洗用具.....等，更重要的是有一顆電力超足夠的wifi機，如果你打算住這裡就不需要再另外花錢租wifi機了。 我與友人的評價：此次兩人旅遊，雖然很累，但因為幸運的挑選到這間民宿我們都獲得了優質的休息品質。我自己本來擔心房間太小，但其實兩個人住的話也算足夠了，平時住外面睡覺比較淺眠，在這裡我卻熟睡到我朋友叫我我都沒聽到，每天都是一覺到天明，以這樣的價格，住到飯店的品質，我非常滿意！而友人算是對住宿比較挑剔的人(平時出遊都住比較好的飯店)，又很怕髒，但這間民宿卻讓她相當驚艷，還說如果下次來東京，一樣會選擇住在這裡，我想這應該勝過任何評語了>< 小建議：東京的氣候相較於台灣比較乾一點，我與友人睡醒時喉嚨都會不太舒服，我甚至嚴重到沙啞，建議房東可以擺個加濕器在房間內提供客人使用，小小建議而已～但總體來說瑕不掩瑜！ 最後謝謝房東，雖然是自助check-in，沒有見過房東本人，但能感受到房東對於房間用心的維護，祝您生意興隆～遇到的客人都是優質房客～o(^▽^)o
