Gute Lage mit Sandstrad”

Sehr freundliches Personal. Stets hilfsbereit, Bungalow wurde jeden Tag gereinigt , frische Handtücher und Leintücher wurden immer gewechselt. Großer Kühlschrank, TV und Klimaanlage waren in Ordnung was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Gute Lage direkt am Meer, auch für Familien mit Kinder geeignet da es einen langen Seichtbereich hat und sehr gut überschaubar ist. Frühstück an manchen Tagen Buffet sonst von der Karte, was ein bisschen türftig ist. Ansonsten Preis Leistung ( Frühbucher) sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Zeit im Magic Resort”

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit im Magic Resort, die Bungalows waren ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, der Strandabschnitt sehr schön und fast leer, die Gartenanlage mit angenehmen Rasen, die Kinder konnten überall barfuß laufen,die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hatten immer für Fragen ein offenes Ohr. Viele einheimische Gäste, dadurch viel Kontakt zu Thailändern!

Kann das Magic Resort in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen und werde dort selbst auch bestimmt nicht wieder buchen. Essen schlecht und der Bungalow wurde nie geputzt erst nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen. Oft finden Betriebsfeiern statt dann wird bis in die Morgenstunden laut gefeiert. Auf die Gäste in den naheliegenden Bungalows wird dabei keine Rücksicht genommen.

Bungalow 20 meters from the beach. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good with good variety. Not tea or coffee in the room, so travel with an electric jug & 3 in 1 coffee. Room was clean with cold air, fridge, tv & hot shower. If you want a basic resort without all the bells, whistles & frills then this is a good place to stay. If you want to book tours etc you will need to book across the road, resort doesn't do tours etc. All up great value for money on a tropical island the won't break your budget. I'll be back again.

Resort really needs TLC but apart from that our bungalow was comfortable & only 20 meters from the beach. Clean with a/c, hot shower, good WiFi & fridge. No coffee making facilities. No pool, gym, sun lounges etc but don't need it as that will only add to the cost anyway. Price included a very good breakfast Will stay again in on Koh Chang

Rooms are decent and the hotel is situated in front of a nice clean beach.

We went there because it was supposed to be calm and they had rented the beach front for a karaoke party which we discovered when we arrived... Bungalows look 20years older than the pictures on the website and they were overall quite dirty. Breakfast was quite disapointing as well. I would not recommend staying there.

Basic beach side resort”

Have stayed here many times. It's a basic but very nice resort on the beach.

we paid 30€ per night, but the bungalow was nice. it's also right on the beach and the restaurant is decent. there were older people, families and some couples. so not the place to go if you want to party

What a Nice place. Good staf and Good service to the beach or if you want to go somewhere. Very Well kept garden and nice clean houses.

Mattresses should have been burned 20 years ago”

Both "mattresses" in room C1.4 should have been burned when I was still a child. They are merely twisted steel with a sheet over them.

Nice resort,, possible food hygiene issues ? ?”

Nice resort, a little worn but not so much as to spoil the holiday. Food was tasty, but although our party of 5 ate different meals, 4 of us got significant D & V within hours, so possibly kitchen practices need attention ? Beach is tiny and only linked to main beach via access (which is permitted) via an adjacent hotel. Plenty of parking, bars immediately outside the resort. Would return if we felt food hygiene issues were not ongoing.
