+ grosser sauberer Pool, + große Zimmer, Bett im OG - Liegeflächen + Liegen reduziert - überall Tische und Stühle - Durch mehr Veranstaltungen mehr Lärm, auch von der Strasse her hat zugenommen. - später nächtlicher Lärm von Heimkehrern an der Bar ( 2-5am) - keine Shops, Eaterys in der Nähe - Speisekarte auf Dauer langweilig - Trk / Jeepney nach Downtown notwendig bzw. Rückweg erforderlich

Das Zimmer war sehr schmuddelig und schmutzig. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Das Fenster war klein und vergittert, ein Wachmann mit scharfer Waffe vor der Tür und die Dame am Empfang sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht da bleiben mussten!

First of all the staff and food were very good but the room was awful. Advertised as poolside you couldn't even see the pool, which was dirty anyway. There were cockroaches and ants the first thing I had to do was ask them to fumigate. They did so 4 dead cockroaches on the floor next morning but the ants were still there, even though I had pointed out where they were coming from, above the washbasin in the sink where the was no sealer between the wall and the basin. Bare lights with no shades, the main room light fixing screws for the glass shade were just hanging down loose and no shade. The supposed to be white grout around the tiles directly above the bath was black and obviously hadn't even been thought about cleaning off. The door to the room needed painting and it had dirty build up of hand marks on both inside and out which would have taken weeks or months to build up not days. I complained twice to the staff and asked to see the manager but no manager turned up

Good room and good restaurant”
Pros : Good and clean room , even furnitures a bit old . Big flat screen and cable TV with more than 100 channels. Wifi works well. Pool beds have a foam and are comfortable. Very good restaurant. Cons : rooms are very close to the restaurant and reception . Sometimes noisy when people sit at restaurant bar. Pool not always cleaned . If you eat , you are surrounded by cats. The staff don't chase them.

I was attracted to this place because of the pictures. Thats the reason why i booked this hotel but ended up disappointed. No free toiletries when in fact it should have!!! Messy and old room. Dirty pool. Not worth it.

There’s a customer who’s screaming & arguing which made us not feel safe in the premise. The waitress are not friendly. The place is ok, they just need to clean the pool often.

If anyone seeing this review, please choose another hotel. There's a lot more better hotel with the same price. I have tried different hotels in angeles and this is the worst. Old rooms, restroom looks dirty and lots of cockroach and damn mosquitos.

Good deal if you want to get away and unwind.”
I was looking for an inexpensive hotel away from the Fields Ave traffic and noice, yet still close for evening entertainment. This hotel has a great kitchen and a very friendly staff. The rooms are good size, but I asked for an upgrade after I saw the room I wa booked into. The poolside rooms are ideal, with the restaurant just outside the door. On the negative side, the rooms are in need for better maintenance, but when a problem was reported, it was fixed right away. The outdoor pool was refreshing, but in need of better cleaning/chlorination. I would stay there again on my next trip.

It has a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. When there is a problem the staff are very quick to reply and took care of the problem ASAP., very helpful staff, internet connection is great and so is the food. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

My stay was ok. But the VIP room was just an average room. No cups or glasses. No kettle. No free water. Hot water in shower took at least 5 or 6 mins to get hot. Security at night was Always asleep. At best it was a 2 star.

Inconsiderate staff but good place”
At 6:30 every morning is when staff shift change starts to happen. Staff loudly talk (yell) back and forth to each other across the street. At 7:00 am the restaurant starts to open and on goes the TV. At full volume. On some inane music channel. As the 10 hotel rooms on the restaurant/ pool side of the hotel face directly at the open air restaurant, guests are greeted with this noise every morning. Requests to turn it down are greeted with scowls and the same loud noise happens again the next morning. Repeat request repeat scowl. Staff seems to have become accustomed to what they like and have forgotten to consider the guests on thi concern. Restaurant is nice and relaxing good food and variety. Always enjoyed the meals. Pool is nice to relax at. Not cleaned very well or very often. Rooms on poolside are old and dated. But I liked the size of the rooms. Maintenance around the place is not really keeping up to things. Maybe that's a management decision. Overall it's worth the money. Not fancy but definitely cozy and relaxing. Seems popular with repeat customers I would definitely stay here again. I'll just have to remember to bring a universal remote so I can control the "staff" TV volume.
