Great location, great breakfast variety, big and clean room, good staff, connected to mall, lot of parking spaces The only cons is sound from outside building like train horn, morning prayer from masjid at 3-4 am, cars and bikes at night

Great hotel”
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good, the staffs were very nice and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights here. The first night, our room was very noisy at dawn for adzan. The other 2 nights we asked to change the room to the other side, and after that, it was very good. This hotel does not have iron, so we could not borrow it. They have hairdryer, dish soap, microwave and all the kitchen utensils. Over all, we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

Overall it was a great experience to stay here. But I have some issues that should be highlighted. 1. Fruit, I think the watermelon is not fresh and sweet, 2. Cleaness, I found a leg of cockroach on my bed. I took a pic of it to prove it anyway

Beside Marvell City Mall and lots of eateries and Lotte mart. No Hair dryer in room but can request for it. Lobby has welcome drink and it is self-service. Breakfast (6am-10am) is good and has many varieties.

Very nice hotel apartement, very spacious. Supermarket at the basement to make it easy for us to do shopping. Some restaurants of good foods too.

A nice and pleasant stay with Midtown”
When we had arrived at the hotel we can feel the welcoming atmosphere, granted it was during the Covid-19 pandemic and the hotel was a bit quiet. But still, the room that was given to us was clean and well prepared. We had a great view of the city from our room on the 15th floor. I would definitely recommend those who are planning to stay in Surabaya to visit this hotel. I hope your stay will be as pleasant as mine did.

Went there during covid situation, the mall nearby almost all tenants are closed. Maybe if in normal situation it would be good location because so close to the mall.

Unexpected guest”
As this property is listed as 4 star, I expect that it would be clean. Turns out I was greeted by cockroaches on the second day in the bathroom and near the window. So disgusting. Even worse is there is no apologies from the management even though I explicitly tell them that the issue re-occurs couple days later.
