We booked a private dormitory. After i told that on the reception they dont have one. Even when you need informations they only know the tour what they offer to bromo,ijen. The dont have any information about train tickets, bus and how you can get by your own somewhere else. Bathroom smells like gas and they dont have toilet paper.

Best transit hostel near Juanda Int’l Airport”
Stayed here for 1 night, and I never regret my decision. It’s clean and neat, even the staff was very helpful

Cannot sleep at all because all other travelers are speaking all the time, any hours”
Clean but noisy as some of the beds got 2 persons inside the cabin. They are talking before sleep and after sleep. Male and female are joined inside the room which were at least got 30-50 persons in one time. Sleepless night , only stayed a night

Great Price and Comfy Bed”
This is my first time sleeping in a capsule hotel, and i gotta say it's a really pleasant experience. The bed is clean, and the AC is set to the right temperature. The staff is really friendly, and helpful. The free shuttle bus service to the airport really helped me to arrive early. The coffee shop downstairs and the restaurant next door is such a nice addition to the hotel. The hotel is suited for transit solo traveler and definitely not for family with children. The only complaint i got is that the shower area needs to be cleaned ofter, since it is a communal use. I definitely would stay at this hotel again!

Nice place, near from airport. Very clean, it was great. But, a little bit noisy if you don't get used to it and I will recommend you to use ear plug for better sleep

Nice hostel close to Surabaya airport. Far from the city center so would only recommend this place to those rushing for an early morning flight, or arriving late at night from the airport. Still new and not many guests so both the beds and facilities were clean, no complains!

First time impression”
The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. Bathrooms are clean, fragrant. The staffs are friendly too. Truly price for value. The only cons when i stayed there was only difficulty in finding low budget food and there was some noisy guest who disturbed the calm air in the room. Overall 8/10. Definitely staying there again should the opportunity come.

(+): good value, near to the airport, there was FREE SHUTTLE from/to the airport, breakfast (bread & jam). (-): I couldn't find a space to pray/ bow down/ kneel. hopefully they'll provide a prayer room/ musholla, since there were moslem travellers in Indonesia. The restroom had 4 shower rooms and ONLY ONE closet/ lavatory.

Good for airport transit with free airport shuttle to the airport. Rather far from the city center. Bed and common toilets are clean. Had a comfortable night's stay.

Room its small good enough for transit like the hotel title, but they have a bad smell like new painting of the wall, and the worst i was looking its the toilet cannot flushing oh no, early morning and you want to go to the airport and you are looking the dirty toilet its very very bad, but overall if you just want to stay for a while or just nap sleep its good enough, and also they prepared for morning coffee

Pros: • Near Juanda International Airport. If you are having a layover and want to take a short nap or take a shower and/or you have an early flight, staying is recommended. • They offer FREE shuttle service to Juanda International Airport Cons • Dirty dorms • No personal lockers (at least during our stay 4/27/19) so luggages and other bags are scattered all over the corridors Nothing really exceptional about this property except for its location (near Juanda International Airport).
