Literally 1 min from Ichikawashiohama station. (Which is 2 stops from Maihama Station where Tokyo Disney is at). It is a No frills hotel (small room with 3 beds, refrigerator (and freezer), foot/calf massager, smart tv,. They are eco-friendly hotel (so they don’t clean daily but that was ok by us. But they did change our towels daily). They have a washer / dryer for 540 yen. What I loved is the Excellent Service provided by Mr Nakajima and the other staff. They helped us with directions to places we wanted to go, was very friendly and they always made sure we were ok. I recommend liking their Facebook page and then paying for membership. This allows you to drop bags early and check in earlier. Plus they provide you with a tumbler for unlimited coffee and drinks. Con: everything is in Japanese. But that’s ok because Mr Nakajima helped us with the AC and tv. We really liked our stay there. We don’t stay in the hotel so it was perfect for us! We would stay there again

1. The property is just a stone away from Ichikawa Shiohama Station. 2. There are two convenience store left and right from the train station. 3. There's a restaurant besides the lawson convenience store. 4. Room is clean and with complete amenities. (Robs, Clean Towels, Toothbrush, Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner, Slippers etc) 5. There is unlimited soda and a round of shave iced at the lobby and free coffee if you are a member. Membership is onlu 580 yen. 6. They also have microwave, toaster and small dining in the lobby. They can lend you utensils if you need one. 7. They also have laundry service. MOST OF ALL THEY HAVE EXTREMELY VERY POLITE, KIND, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL STAFF. ESPECIALLY THE TALL MAN, JUST FORGOT HIS NAME SO ACCOMODATING. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICE INN FOR THE WONDERFUL STAY.

Amazing stay”
The hotel is so closed to the train station and disneyland. The are 2 convenient stores that we can buy food and heat it at the lobby hotel if we like to eat. The room is clean and they provide toothbrush, towel, hair dryer, brush, piyama, inside and outside sandals. They have oven, microwave, and washer dryer machine with charge include the soap (3hours total). Like their Facebook to join as a member that allowed you to leave your luggage for free and bought the tumbler so you can drink coffee and soft drink for free too. The staffs are very nice, they don’t really speak english but they make sure we get what we want to know. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and very nice room”
We stayed 2 nights in a quad bunkbed room. It felt like a very cosy 'dorm' style setting - there were 4 refundable coin lockers for each bed, and every bed had its own light, electrica points, privacy curtains and bedside tray. The front desk staff there were genuinely helpful and friendly. Self-service laundromat was good and the lobby area came equipped with a small dining area that had free flow drinks, microwave and oven toaster. Its location right outside IchikawaShiohama station was a great bonus for nearby Disney and Tokyo bay attractions, yet it was just 25min away from Tokyo city via JE lines. There was 2 convenience stores just outside the hotel where we could get easily get our full meals/snacks readily. Only tiny inconvenience is that the wooden bed rails for every bed make it quite hard/ painful to climb out from. I would stay here again in future.

Convenient for Disneyland/Sea”
it's 2 stops away from Disneyland/sea. subway is just next door. there are 2 convenient stores for you to buy all the food/ snacks you want. Room is super clean! 3 of us booked the whole room of 2 bunk beds, and paid a small fee to check in earlier - it comes with free beverages, a tumbler, and shaved ice dessert. Beds and pillows are super comfy! The layout of the bathroom area makes it convenient for those with big groups.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel for 2 nights. I have to say it’s best for tourists who wanna go Disney Tokyo. 2 family mart are Jz 3minutes away from hotel and train Station. Staffs were great and helpful. This budget hotel is much better than the 4 stars Mystays premier hotel at Tokyo of which I currently staying.

Great location”
This hotel is perfect if you are planning to visit Disneyland with just a few train stops. The train station and convenience stores are very close to this hotel. The only drawback is that there is nothing much to see if you plan to walk around the hotel.

One to two stops away from everything”
Staff were really lovely and the room very clean. The actual location is a fantastic base to get to Disney's (2 stops )and massive beautiful mall (1 stop) with the station literally on your door stop BUT if you don't plan on going out for the time you stay then there isn't really anything around other than car businesses and docks. A very affordable way to get to where you need to go. Another detail is that it's free coffee, tea and soft drinks. Gifts given at end of stay. Remember staying is budget friendly but if you need to do your laundry - there is a charge and if you arrive early and want your luggage stored- there is a charge- so the cost ultimately is up to you.

Good service”
Original planning is to stay here again while visiting the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. However, whole plan was being ruined thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. I hope you will still open by the time Japan open border again. I'd really like to stay in Nice Inn Hotel again.

Cosy and friendly hotel”
The location of hotel is extremely convenient - just 2 minutes walk from railway station and 2 stops away Tokyo Disneyland. Very friendly staff and facilities and service are very good - refrigerator, hair dryer, free soft drinks and fresh brewed coffee, etc. Free gifts at checkin and checkout! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Easy access to JR within 1 min out from Ichikawa Shiohama station. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Only 1 station to Tokyo Disneyland Maihama station. Worth it with the price & location.

Walking Distance from Ichikawa Shiohama Station”
Pros i) All of Staff are polite and helpful. ii) Four of us have a nice sleep in this hotel iii) A good choice to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland/DisneySea iv) There are 2 convenience shops nearby and the walking distance is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Cons i) If you are looking for Japanese food for dinner, you may be disappointed. It is recommended by hotel staff to travel to next station if you want to have plenty of choice of food. ii) If you are using the train to reach this station make sure you travel with train that direct from Tokyo station. There is express train that skip to stop at this station. You need to be alert by reading the message display at the station LED board that the train stop at every station before you get on.

Excellent hotel for those visiting Disneyland”
Location is excellent. Subway station is just outside the hotel. There is a convenient store outside as well, and it does sell some heated food stuff. The place is clean. Heater and hot water is working nicely. Staff are very friendly, though their command of English is not very strong, but manageable.

My holiday at Nice Inn ”
This hotel is 3 stops away from Maihama station(Disneyland and Disney sea and there are 2 convenience store one in front of the Ichikawan shiohama and the other is behind the station and next to the CVS hotel. Thoufgh there isn't any eating outlet in the hotel. They provided glass for cold drinks for all guests. For hot drinks members for the hotel will be entiled to hot drinks such as hot coffee and hot water. Microwave oven is at the lobby area and instant cup noodle is available at the lobby for those who may be hungry .Toiletries such as toothbrush and toothopaste is provided besides the shampoo , comditioner and bath foam. The room size is big enough for family with 2 bunk beds beds it is also with attached bathroom. There are lockers within the room also for storage of valuable at 100 yen. Slippers are provided for the use in the room. There is a lift though it is a 4 storey high building. Eating places are one station away from the hotel either direction. The hotel is thoughful that one is given a set of cards with direction of places one could go. Though staff has limited knowledge of English but on the day check in there is a staff who could speak and communicate English well.

市川盐滨站出来就是，去迪士尼很方便，坐车2站就到了。性价比很高，我们选的上下铺4张床，4个人睡刚好。我带小的在下面睡，老大和爸爸各睡一张床，等以后老二大了，可以去海洋乐园了，还住这里。
