Great room with great cafeteria. I stayed at the 23rd floor room, which has 2 rooms with 3 bathroom and a very big living room. I m really satisfied with the room condition.

Good room for short trip. Room was clean, staffs were friendly. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was great. The only shortcoming was the room temp was hot. I guess bcs the hotel was fully occupied and ac was central one

We slept there on our way to Bali. The hotel is located not far from the highway, providing easy access for travelers by car. The room was clean and looked new.

Long queue during breakfast. ”
We stayed during the Chinese New Year and it was understandably busier. Our breakfast was in a ballroom to accommodate the crowd however they were using round tables which were not effective. Some guests were not willing to share a table eventhough they were a couple or solo. The food was constantly finished and had to wait to be refilled. The eggs station had the longest queue. Everyone was just grabbing anything that were available to eat. We felt pity for the staff. The management should have organised it better since they knew their booking/room occupancy well ahead of time. They could hire extra people, use a square table instead of round tables. The room itself was clean and every staff was helpful.
