I booked this apartment for 2 nights 13-14 Feb2020. Arrived 13Feb ~8pm, left early morning Came back to hotel 10pm 14Feb At11.00 pm, big knock on my door. “owner” shouted at me and asked me to pay 18000yen or leave despite I paid online. I refused to do any and told him to call police. 2 police m & f came half an hour later. They talked with very little English. It was a confusion. The man said I got the wrong place but the address showed correct. By that time it was nearly 1.00 am ... I had to leave for my flight early morning. After arguing and they took all info from passport and contacted here and there. All in Japanese. At last after I told them that I really need to pack my things and rest for couple of hour then will head to airport. The man insisted me to pay him. I told them that was not legal. But policemen said “me no touch”... they stepped away. So lastly I reluctantly paid the man so that he would leave me. Really hope to hear clarification of this unexpected incident
