Staff is very helpful and greets you all the time. The only problem we had was the bathroom. It flooded outside the shower area. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Quiet far from the city noise”
If you prefer a view of the mountain and green trees, and a quiet place to rest, this is the place to be. Located on a higher ground, you get a good view of the city, the mountains and the sea.

The hotel is not up to standard, Hotel Staff are very helpful”
1st night we had barking dogs opposite our room , shower was poor , flooded the floor & it seems that you can swim after a shower. I could not open the window to let the steam as the barking dogs made it impossible. We asked to be moved and staff were very helpful . Next room, same problem with shower & floor got waterlogged, &blocked toilet , though plumber quick & efficient. No tv reception ,windows very dirty though access to clean it is very easy. Aircon fans to the building right outside our window but was preferable to the barking dogs. The room was not made up though we put the switch to green signal which is required , then blamed my wife for not putting the cleaning sign on. .On the positive side the food was good though , price reasonable but they don’t understand that a starter means to start with, not at the same time with the main course ! . . The staff were very attentive ,pleasant and polite including the security guard.

Checked in around 11 pm front desk didn’t had any info about my booking but we got room , room was small with no chair ask for chair and got it tv screen too small and hanged about 7 feet high small bathroom not unusual in Philippines but towels were old and smelled old asked to change but same smell shower area had drainage problems asked and solved also had really bad smell in bathroom but gone after complain so overall it’s just ok to stay , staff are ok polite and smiling always house keeping helpful and quick to respond , didn’t like the attitude of night security guard at front door, so it’s just an ok place to stay

Food quality is good with its value for money. Front desk, housekeeping n f&b personnel are so welcoming with a smile. Beds & pillows are superb with its 1st class quality.
