In der direkten Umgebung des Hotels ist leider kein Warumg oder akzeptables Restaurant zu finden. Im Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Preise variieren zwischen normal und teuer. Der Pool liegt meist im Schatten. Dadurch wirkt das Wasser erfrischend kalt. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, aber bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist stets aufmerksam. Bis auf die Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Modernes Hotel nahe am Bahnhof mit freundlichem Personal. saubere zweckmäßige Zimmer mit Sanitärkabine. Das Frühstück war eher für Asiaten schmackhaft.

Preis-Leistung top. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmergrößei und -ausstattung ist okay. Pool toll. Frühstücksbuffet leider etwas dürftig.

It is good for business person like me who need comfy bed, wifi, and hot shower only. I choose this hotel coz we only need going down for a cup of coffee or buy something in indomaret which is in the first floor.

Nice hotel for short time”
The room is not big but the bed we stay is big, beside the TV channel is plenty. The bath room is unique like capsule, it is small but it is OK for me. Just need to be extra cleaned.

Small comfy room on Surabaya center”
Small and comfy room on Surabaya Center. They also has good meals on their main lobby on ground floor, make me easier to grab meals while had to take full rest after got vaccinated (have to try their Harris Cafe "On the Go"). But their bed are quite stiff; not that soft, but still good.
