Pros: Waking distance to 711. Beside Jollibee. 1 ride to Gaisano Mall, Abreeza and SM lanang. Walking distance to Landco ( business district ) Along the highway. Wifi on selected rooms. Cons: Too noisy. No elevator - Good luck with your luggage. Staff needs more training. Not too accommodating. Cable TV non existent.

They do not Clean the Room Regularly”
Maybe they are understaffed. However, I have politely asked them to clean my room so I can relax more when I get back from stressful travel. They politely said yes and it was arranged the night before, but they never cleaned the room. The walls are not soundproof so you can hear the other room partying at night. And it's weird because there was a man standing outside the window (fire exit staircase), maybe to smoke. I want privacy as much as possible but I didn't find it here. Nonetheless, their gem is the location. Very strategic.

Disappointing ”
They don't clean rooms everyday (meaning no new towels, new sheets, and trash almost full). And even if you ask them in advance, they will just say and will pretend to make a schedule, but actually they won't do it. I guess they were only used to cleaning rooms during checkouts because they also don't have the signages (make up room). They don't have safety box or even just cabinets to keep your things at least out of view. No elevator and saw a man standing on the stairs which is in front of my room window (I'm not so sure if he was smoking or chilling there, my point is, I paid for a room so I can have privacy). The stairs was for fire exit and it's definitely not a place to chill. The only good thing about this place is the location. It is very strategic.

A bit disappointing ”
Had to switch the first room since it had bugs behind the bed. The hotel was ok but not really clean, furniture was a bit damaged. Staff were not too friendly and not useful

Perfect for short stint, value for your money ”
Pros - bigger room than usual, closer to popular malls, fairly cheap, perfect for short stint, lots of places to eat nearby Cons - if you're a light sleeper, you may find aircon and the outside street sounds distracting More information: - Room has bottled water, shampoo sachet, towels - no soap, no free breakfast - You will be asked to deposit 300 PHP for the keycard I guess, but you can get your deposit back during check out - Arrived at 1:30 PM, but was asked to wait until 2:00 PM before checking in.

Hotel is near to everything, the mall, restaurants, eateries, Jollibee and Mcdo are just next door. rooms are big and facilities are hotel standard. I would recommend this hotel to traveler. will certainly come back

cheap but quality hotel”
if there is one thing that the hotel needs to improve is maintenance with their bathrooms... the floor, sink, walls,are quite clean except for the shower curtain that has molds on it. That's the only thing i can complain about ... will surely consider this hotel for future accommodation in Davao...definitely value for money, location wise, its accessible to malls, restos ,and transportation.

Moldy shower curtain!!!”
Room was not clean, saw a lot of hair on the floor, shower curtain was moldy and water flow was very slow.
