Every thing is good except location”
The hotel is superb considering it's in Tokyo, spacious, nice building and layout, very good value for money. We even happen to see sakura in the nice big courtyard. Location is only problem, not close to train station and hotel shuttle is only 30 min each, stop at 9pm

Very gentle personnel, very helpful. Clean and nice rooms. Free cellphone with unlimited internet for guests while staying, so no need to purchase a SIM card. Certainly recommended.

It's a nice place. The hotel is pretty good, the furniture/feel of the room feels a tiny bit 'old' but I think that's the style they're going for. With that said, the room was completely sufficient - clean, big, had everything we needed. The Free WIFI was also good and quite quick. So, no complaints. The only thing I didn't really like is that usually hotels (in my experience at least) include free access to facilities like the pool or sauna. In this case, it worked out to be around AU$70 per person (per day) to use the pool and sauna. I didn't feel that was a very good deal, especially when we are paying guests of the hotel. That's probably just me though. 8/10 would bang!

I had stayed there for 2 nights & 3 days.. I have a purpose of visiting Waseda Univ. It would be really a good choice if he/she go to the Univ. It would be so nice that the hotel staffs are so kind.. thanks.

Comfortable, but huge charges for gym&pool”
The hotel overall is very comfortable, especially if you like a classic appearance. Shuttle to subway is great especially on weekends. The breakfast selection is huge and all is of excellent quality. The big drawback are the enormous additional charges to use the gym and the pool (each around 30$), especially as the room rates are not cheap either.

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful garden. Nearest train 10 min walk but courtesy to main station Takanababa. Swimming pool looked lovely but didn’t use.

Negative: Have to pay for pool and gym They may not give you complimentary water bottles They even cant give you later 1 hr check out. I had to request alot to get 30min late check out. Usually all hotels give around an hour easily. Subway station is it far and only single subway line access Positive: Staff is good Clean Room size and washroom size is adequate for our family Toilet amenities are enough and good Shower is good Room is overall nice and comfy

Hotel Shuttle Bus is full before the schedule time, need to wait for another 30 mins for the next one. Finally, I need to walk to station with the luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff and hotel has a very beautiful garden. It’s a disappointment though that hotel guest has to pay to use the gym and pool. We spent quite a bit of money on cab to get anywhere. Location wise, this is definitely not one for tourists.
