One of the best Ryokan”
Nakadaya san is so helpful and cheerful in person to help you with anything, from the nearby restaurants to the places you wanted to visit. He is also very well travelled himself, so he has many own experience. I stayed 10 days and was totally enjoying the days I was there. On my last day to go to the airport, Nakadaya san even use trolley to help me moving all my luggage to the JR station of Minami-Senju. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I will never forget and if I could come back and stay in tokyo long enough, I will contact Nakadaya san to staty there again! Meanwhile, hope you stay safe and healthy!

nice and warm place to stay”
We are 3 females travellers having 3 nights at Ryokan Nakadaya. Location :The place is about five minutes' walk from the station Minami. Room : Lean and Clean. I love its traditional vibes. Just basic funitures make you feel your soul is more spacious, your life is more relaxing. Pantry : Warm and Nice with milk, coffee, crackers self served. We enjoyed my late dinners here. Host : Mr. Tatsuo is enthusiastic, hospitable, nice and warm. We wish we had more time to talk with him about Japan's cultures and his ryokan. Definitely with come back next time.

The ryokan is very clean and comfortable to stay. The location is near to Minami-senju JR Station, only around 10minutes walk. The owner, Mr. Tetsuo san is really very nice and very kind. He explained the areas around very detailed and briefed me on the transportation of the places I planned to go. It was so helpful, in all the ways. He even walked us with our luggages in his trolley to the JR station. He is really very helpful and kind. Thank you very much, Mr. Tetsuo san. My parents and I enjoyed staying at your place.

I really enjoyed my stay! :) A great deal for budget travellers. 1. The Host He is super friendly, helpful and caring! The best host I've ever met in Japan. :) He speaks fluent English, explains everything well when you check in, and is helpful if you have any questions! He even helped me carry my bulky luggage to the station when I left! I'm gonna miss the host for sure! 2. Accomodation The bed is comfortable and the Ryokan was quiet that I slept very well! They cleaned my room every day. A few convenience stores around and a supermarket at the station. There are also a fridge, a microwave, a cosy common room and a private hot spring bath. 3. Location It is located at Miami Senju that is very close to Asakusa. There are Metro and JR stations so it's so convenient no matter you are heading to downtown or further places. 5-8 mins walk from the station. Worthy if you wish to stay in somewhere quiet. Will definitely choose this Ryokan again! :)

This is really the place for solo traveler. Tatsuo-San will go out of his way to make sure ur stay is a comfortable one.

Great Place but Tatsuo-san is the true STAR of this Place”
The Ryokan is 5-10mins walk from Minami-Senju station. The place is clean and quiet. It has a very relaxing ambience. But what really stands out in this place is Tatsuo-san, the owner. He is very accommodating and very hospitable. Very very nice guy. It may not be the best location for travellers since it's quite located away from tourist and commercial destinations.

Small and cosy 2-storey ryokan (shared toilets&bath, laundry, bycicle, kitchen) with the best staffs”
-small but very cosy and clean -the staffs are very generous and friendly -bicycle for rent is only ¥500 for the whole stay -Lawson, 7-11 and supermarket are nearby -the nearest station 'Minami senju' is only a few stations away from 'Ueno' - the nearest stations both JR line and Metro are walking distance from the hotel -laundry is available and inexpensive -value for money with everything you need -might not be suitable for those who need more space and extra facilities
