Awful............Just awful
Clean, things to accommodate you such as internet, television etc and quiet location
I arrived in London from Holland with my Husband to stay at the apartment. Our flight was delayed and I called ahead of time by 2 hours to confirm. We were told this would be ok. Once we arrived at the building reception, there was nobody there but a list of times and dates the building would be open during christmas and new years. It stated the building was not open. Pouring with rain outside and us getting beyond wet, I called again to ask what is going on and was told to find another building as there was a night guard holding the key for me. Once we arrived, the guard did not even work for the same company, but was doing a favour and holding my keys until we arrived, which at the time seemed very kind and helpful. We asked the guard how to get to the apartment and he said he did not know??? He walked with us to a building and the key did not activate the door. He then took us to another building and the key allowed us entry. we then found the door, but the key did not work. By this time 2 hours had passed and it is 1am. We then call who was apparently taking care of the apartments during the time as he has a master key. He had told us he had just been attending a situation at another apartment in central London and was on his way to us. He got there in 30mins, by this time we are waiting in the hallway of the building, hungry and tired. arrived and we discovered we were in the completely wrong building, however, the man with us is not to know as he does not even work for the company, but he waited with us anyway. By the time we got into the building, it was 2am, we were unable to eat as it was too late. Nobody informed us how to check out, apart from (leave keys at reception). We did have a good time staying there once we were settled, but the over all organisation was disastrous and we paid was too much!!

comodo, moderno, spazioso
Abbiamo,soggiornato 8 notti in questo ottimo appartamento molto tranquillo, con parquet a terra ad eccezione della camera dove tuttavia la moquette era pulitissima e profumata. Vi è tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno lungo a Londra, compresa lavatrice. L'appartamento dista a 8 min dalla fermata sulla linea Jubilee Canary Wharf. È una zona molto tranquilla dove in poco tempo si raggiunge il centro e i migliori luoghi da visitare. Consiglio vivamente questi appartamenti dove ogni dettaglio è curato. All'arrivo vi fanno trovare anche dell'acqua in frigo e del latte. Cosa di meglio?
