This has a beautiful, resort style, with a great pool, beautiful gardens, and great staff. The best thing though is the houses; they are just beautiful, really well appointed and decorated, and just a great place to relax. Best place I've stayed across SE Asia.

My husband and I can easily say the Sala Lodge is one of the best and most beautiful hotels we had the pleasure staying at. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is very attentive and friendly, great location and the food/drinks are delish! We came to Cambodia with no itinerary and the Sala Lodge staff helped us quickly make all of the accommodations needed for a great trip. A true luxury Cambodian experience.

Excellent stay, great hotel, wonderful pool - disappointing at check out”

Excellent pool and grounds, each lodge offers wonderful privacy. Dining staff was great. Reception staff was reliable and friendly until we checked out and planning to change to a nearby hotel. I remembered thinking RT transfer was included in our rate (like it is at many SR hotels) and asked them to double check, but my memory was wrong ; not a big deal, except they wanted to charge us $10 for a 1/2-mile ride. Instead we grabbed our own tuk tuk for two bucks, on principle, but the send-off left a bad taste, and the friendliness vanished. There are tons of high-end offerings in town and it was low season, so I’m surprised they wouldn’t avoid such a slip-up.

Amazing Stay at Sala Lodges”

If you're visiting Siem Reap, you MUST stay here. Nothing else compares. The houses are traditional wooden Cambodian homes that have been refurbished so you have all the luxuries. The staff really do go above and beyond and always greet you with a smile. My Mum and I had dinner nearly event night at the restaurant as the food was so good!! All locally sourced, fresh and organic ingredients. I can't wait to return with my partner as it is a very romantic and special setting.

We loved our time at Sala lodge and will definitely be back! It was like a brain massage - and a perfect place to relax. The staff were lovely and unpretentious. The owner is a lovely guy who gave us some good tips on where to travel. The description and presentation of the food was excellent - we loved the cocktails deserts and breakfasts but main courses were a little disappointing. Thank you everyone at Sala for such a special time!

Beautiful Place! All the rooms are different! Each room is a Traditional house from Cambodja! Decorated with such good taste and attention to detail, great job. Would definitly come back and recomend to my friends. Everyone makes you feel so special!!! didnt want to leave!!

Wonderful oasis”

Sala Lodges was a perfect place to spend four nights. The rooms are magnificent (we stayed in the upstairs room of Lodge 4), old converted houses that retain their charm yet have been modernized for comfort. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Just a short tuk tuk ride from town... But who wants to leave when the hotel is as nice as it is?

I'd like to participate and worried The effect I want to sign up for a tour was told, but before knowing the price, I was applying, so if I thought whether it's expensive and declined once, but the effect proposed as expected after consideration was told, it seemed troublesome, and you took the unpleasant attitude, and he said bad things by Cambodian words at the back entrance of the telephone, and regrettable concern was done. When I'm unpleasant from first, travel becomes regrettable. A restroom has also overflowed. It's surprise.

Sala Lodges is a very unique hotel, with authentic Cambodian lodging in a luxury setting. The place is only a short tuk-tuk ride away from the city centre and yet it feels incredibly calm and relaxing. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.
