Kein besonders schönes Hotel. Als agoda-Kunde muss man damit rechnen, die schlechteren Zimmer zu bekommen! Preis-Leistung stimmt aber. Hotel ist sauber und in guten Konditionen.

Great Location”
The Shibuya Tobu Hotel is located in the center of Shibuya, close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but they were stocked with everything that we needed, and did I mention that the location is amazing?! The breakfast option was with the restaurant, Pronto, which shares the hotel lobby. We were able to choose between a western style breakfast that included eggs, bacon, toast, soup, and salad or a Japanese breakfast which had fish, eggplant, miso soup, natto, and rice. A perfect meal to start the day. Just outside of the hotel is a plethora of restaurants and shops to choose from. The first night there, we chose a fun restaurant in the lower level of the Parco building located just across the street from the hotel. We found interesting shops like Tokyo Hands right around the corner and unique restaurants like TexMex Factory which offered an all you can eat taco special. The Shibuya Tobu Hotel is a wonderful hidden gem located in the heart of Shibuya. The price is reasonable, the hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast option is a perfect size, and the location is excellent!

warm and friendly staff 5-7 min walk to shibuya crossing sheets and room are cleaned everyday, bathroom amenities replenished they have a kiddie kit (slippers, toothbrush, hand towel) for my toddler too! near starbucks, 7-11 we love family mart a few blocks away from donki and tje shopping/ eating area quiet area, though the road to the hotel from shibuya crossing is a bit uphill not a big deal though :) will definitely stay here again!

Location near to Shibuya Station and the shopping area such as Mega Don quijote, 109 and Tokyu hands. It is also walking distance to Harajuku. Even though no breakfast provided but Nearby there is nice ramen place and restaurants. Staff is so friendly and can speak good English. Room is clean and had comfortable space for 2 person.

This hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the Shibuya station, placing you right in the middle of all the action. Despite this, the hotel and rooms are quiet. We (a family of 6) only stayed one night, just before flying out of the country, and would suggest stays of 2-3 days only in this location, due to the frenetic pace of the area. The rooms are small but we'll appointed, and the staff welcoming and friendly.

The staff here were so welcoming and accommodating--I felt well-taken care of. The stores I wanted to go to were right around the corner and Shibuya station was such a short walk, I was surprised how easy it was, even with my luggage I had to carry/drag to get there. The walls were a bit thin but, all in all I had a great stay there, and the bath was lovely.

Very good location. Plenty of eateries and shopping places within 500m walk. ”
Yoyogi Park is just across the main road, and if you are tired of walking, can opt to take bus to Shibuya Station. Room size is good for a family with 2 young children, staffs are very friendly to my kids too

Great location for the price but rooms are small for 3 or more.”
The location is awesome, walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Shibuya Station. Hotel staff are friendly but the room for 3 is small, not enough space for walking around. Beds are hard, they were futon beds vs box spring beds.

I really love the hotel, the location is very good, everything is perfect. Love the stay, will stay again next time. Near Shibuya station and many stores near it. Book the ones with breakfast cuz most restaurants near the hotel open at like 11d am.

Book 2 rooms. Rooms size just like average hotel in Japan, not to mention the five stars of course. But the location unbeatable! Hotel mostly booked but we’re lucky enough to get 2 rooms maybe because it was the beginning of Covid-19.

If you want to Shop in Shibuya and Harajuku this is the best hotel option. Right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. :)
