Das Hotel ist total heruntergekommen. Haben ein schreckliches Zimmer bekommen, reisten deshalb früher ab und haben Geld verloren. Unser Vertrauen an Agora ist verloren. Hans-Jürgen und Silvia Siller

Die Hotelanlage ist eigentlich sehr prunkvoll. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde lange nichts am Hotel gemacht. Der Service war unter der Woche sehr "lustlos". Am Wochenende war es etwas besser. Aber als Europäer wurde man nicht sonderlich beachtet. Schade um das schöne Hotel! Die einfachen Zimmer waren leider schlecht (Toilette hat getropft, hat nach Schimmel gerochen).

Das ganze Resort ist sehr runtergekommen, wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Die Gebäude sind in einem schlimmen Zustand, das Bad war eine Katastrophe, die Treppen zum Beach fallen auseinander und der Pool... wir wären nie darin baden gegangen. Die Fotos stammen wohl aus ihren Anfängen, haben aber nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir haben leider für einmal zum voraus gebucht und viel Geld verloren.

exzellentes Service, wunderschöne Anlage”
wurden ganz lieb in Empfang genommen, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich und aufmerksam. die Anlage ist mitten in der Natur, wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer, superschöner Pool und schön gepflegte Gärten. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und sauber, das Bad war das schönste das wir auf unserer Thailandreise hatten. Das Essen war köstlich und wir kommen fix wieder zurück! wirklich empfehlenswert!

Beach , bar, pier , pool , restaurant , room.”
At what seemed like the end of the island, nestling between the jungle and the sea The Cinnamon Art Resort and Spa is surrounded by a canopy of flora and fauna. The bungalows and rooms are conneced by woooden walkways to the bar, restaurant,pier,pool and the barn sized reception. Poy and his team will look after you. They can rent you a bike, organise a massage/boat trip/get you to the ferry for your onward trip. I am sure if its on the island they can sort it. The pier extends for what seems like a mile into crystal clear waters and you can scuba dive amongst the fish. The infinity pool is surrounded by coconut trees and colourful manicured shrubs and bushes .If you sit here long enough you'll take root. I can't wait to go back!

The location is great with nice sea views off the long pier. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone holidaying on Koh Mak.

Perfect stay by the beach”
We were able to check in earlier. The pool is clean, big and deep, perfect for a good swim. The restaurant is good too.

peaceful, yet hard to find ”
the hotel is quite far from the pier. however, you can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. the staff is very nice. the room I stayed is quite small. overall, I like it.

Lovely and quiet ”
Loved the place! The location is perfect for people who seek peace and not so much of nightlife activity/ place nearby. It has a marvelous wooden bridge which is definitely a selling point of this resort. The senior ladies which I believed are the owners are so friendly and helpful. There are 2 big friendly cats too 🐈🐱

Nice view and great location for take a photo ”
A staff was very friendly.This hotel is locate near the beach and the bright is very unique.An amenities in the hotel is value for the hotel rate but a bed is to hard for me.I stayed in a garden view the trouble is a door ( Wood door) is very old sometime I can’t open a door.Oveall this is a good hotel and a best choice to choose. A swimming pool is very good clean and huge.

Friendly, beautiful and peaceful ”
Although this resorts needs some maintenance TLC, it has a lot of rustic charm. The gardens are beautiful, pool is big and has a great view, rooms and nicely decorated and comfortable. The area and beach is the cleanest I've seen on this island. Litter is almost non-existent and there are nets to stop it drifting in in the tide. The pier is long and you can see fish from it. There are mangrove trees, too and sandy areas to enjoy from the pier. The people are very friendly and helpful. This is a natural place to retreat to with beautiful landscaping and scenery.

We both love that bridge view. It's a lovely place. Also, the resort is silent and peaceful. If we've got time, we'd love to come here again.

Friendly staff, nice location”
First we had basic room, that was build in an old convention hall. That room was clean and nice but noise from other rooms wasnt that nice. Changed our room to garden villa and that was huge to two people. Shower water was heated with gas, so a bit exiting to take a shower. Villa had seen it best days years ago, maybe a bit overpriced, actually whole hotel needs a facelift. Hotel have own beach, bar and restaurant. They rent scooters and kayaks and also fishing gear.

There is nice location and good architect. But need a lot more to renovate and fix. The beach need to clean, to much rubbishs when win blowing this way. Breakfast was disappointed.

Not very satisfied ”
I was stay for 2 nights (mid-April period )and found a lot of problems Location: no blowing wind, beach is not satisfied when compared to other beach in same island, and very far from elsewhere landmarks (nice beach, restaurant, minimart, etc.) Staff : lack of staffs Facilities: villas are too old (pool side), air conditioner is not working properly (power supply problem, they said) Conclusion: Not recommended

Very bad expérience all the way until the very last minute of our stay”
There would be too much to say here, but most important is that the hotel didn't respect the contract we paid for: We bought an extra adult bed (for an additional 50% on the initial price of the bedroom) this second bed for one person was not provided when we checked in and nobody seems to care... after a few hours complaining they gave us a dirty beach mattress on the floor. It is still hard to believe today... The staff is not professional and very unfriendly, there were no manager when we stayed there and nobody at the reception most of the time. This hotel resort was maybe good a few years ago but it is not recommandable now: do not go.
