Modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage”
Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (Superior Twin Room) hatte eine ausreichende Größe für unseren sieben Tage Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nicht weit von der U-Bahn Station und dem Airport Shuttle Bus. Wir können das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.

Super Hotel, perfekte Lage, nettes Personal”
Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mitten in Ginza. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für den Preis ist das ok. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen, da es nah an der UBahn ist und sehr zentral in Ginza gelegen ist.

Gutes Hotel an Top-Lage”
Das Square Hotel Ginza ist ein gutes Hotel an absoluter Top-Lage. Uns hat Ginza in Tokyo sehr gut gefallen und wir waren froh, dass wir unser Hotel dort hatten. Man ist schnell bei der Tokyo-Station und mit Subway / JR ist fast alles gut erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es viele coole Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist aber wohl eher im gehobenen Preissegment anzusiedeln. Das Square Hotel hat sehr kleine Zimmer. Es gibt fast keine Ablagefläche, aber das Bett ist bequem und das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. Das Bad ist eigentlich auch klein, Dusche & Badewanne fallen aber verhältnismässig grosszügig aus. Personal ist freundlich, wobei Check-In und Check-Out mit etwas menschlicher Unterstützung an einem Computer durchgeführt werden. Es gibt einen Raum mit drei Waschmaschinen, wo man für 500 Yen waschen inkl. trocknen kann, was gut funktioniert hat. In der Mini-Bar finden sich jeden Tag zwei kostenlose kleine Flaschen Wasser. Das Onsen ist sauber und okay.

Pros: Good location, walking distance to Ginza metro station and Ginza downtown. The room is big & clean and very nicely furnished, love the design. They provided a phone and tablet to control the facilities, which is cool. Check-in and check-out procedure is easy and quick. Excellent and helpful staff. The view is nice, we get a full view of Tokyo Skytree from your hotel room. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and consider to stay this hotel in my next Tokyo trip. Cons: No breakfast is provided, no disposable sandals in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Everything we needed in a great location. Really cool vibe and ambiance. The onsen was lovely after our full days. However the mattresses were VERY hard. Whilst I appreciate that they are ‘typically’ Japanese they were very uncomfortable and I don’t think I could have stayed any longer. It was the only disappointing thing about the hotel though because everything else was fantastic.

Stayed in the double standard room as a solo traveller. The room was very roomy for a Tokyo accommodation. Location is pretty good and in walking distance to Tokyo station. There's a big bath on the second floor- perfect way to relax after a day of walking around. The bath area has everything you need from shampoos to hair dryers to face oils. Quite a quiet neighbourhood compared to other ones I've stayed at so not many places open late nearby for drinks. The neighbourhood is sort of high class so you'll find a lot of luxury stores nearby if you're looking for that. One thing I wish they had was a change machine for the coin laundry. I broke some money down at the vending machine but other hotels have these in the coin machine room.

Great location, great facility”
I loved the location and vibe of this place. It was only a few blocks to 2 different metro lines, including quite close to where you'd come in from Haneda and from Narita airports. The hotel provided wifi AND a phone to use, with which I could call back to the US, and use for maps around town, etc. I thought the public bath (onsen) was nice, and not at all busy. The rooms had an electric tea kettle and a fridge. There are multiple options for convenience stores nearby, and a Starbucks within a couple of blocks too. Would stay here again when in Tokyo, and recommend it to friends.

This hotel is the first view of Tokyo, the staff there were wonderful and kind, help us a lot . Location is great ,very easy to find and many different subways station nearby, convenient. Room very clean and as I required it was bright. Wonderful hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo”
Modern decor. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Yukata available for use. Onsite onsen. A few stations within a 10min walking distance including Tokyo Atation. Lovely area of Tokyo, quiet evenings and not so busy days. Perfect hospitality by staff. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Good location - walking distance to restaurants like Ikinari, Tendon Tenya, Ippudo & Hanamaru and to main Ginza shopping area. Hotel Staff are friendly and very helpful. We booked 5 Deluxe Twin rooms (room nos. ending in “06”) and all were clean and had big bathrooms.

The Square hotel Ginza was one of our favourite stays in Japan. While the room was tiny (unfortunately standard for a Tokyo hotel) it was very practical and had lovely modern touches. We also really liked the design of the overall hotel. Essentially, guests benefit from a new hotel which is spotless and has the latest equipment. The location is easy to get to from the airport and has great cafes/restaurants within a short radius.

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of Ginza. Very easy to access and close to many train stations. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are small but they have everything you need. Would stay here again.

This is by far my favourite hotel in Tokyo after being in Tokyo for afew times! The hotel was really new and clean, facilities were good with ample of power point plugs. The interior of the room was also well furnished and cozy ❤️

We really enjoyed our time at the Square, not to big a hotel, room had all we needed, good cafe & bar and a small outside are which is unusual in Tokay to be able to sit out and have a drink. Very clean and in a good area.

The self check-in is very convenient. If you have any question, you can ask the staff nearby for help. The hotel is located in the central of Tokyo and very close to the metro stations (only a few minutes' walk). Like the most Japanese hotels, the room is not so big but really tidy. What surprised me is that the TV and the air conditioner can be controlled remotely with the iPad. Cool.

The hotel is very modern and well decorated. Hotel guest check in by themselves. Very good location and very close to shopping areas, dining places, stations, etc. The room size is reasonable as compare to some chain hotel brands. A Snow Peak chair in the room is a small highlight for me. Highly recommended.

Brand new & hip hotel close to the heart of Ginza”
We stayed for 3 nights and hotel did impressed us in 3 ways. First of all, the hotel is new and well equipped in contemporary industrial style. Room size (15m2) is bigger than general tokyo hotels’ (12-13m2) and we can open 29” suitcases in the room. You can control TV & air conditioner by smart panel in the room. Second, it is located at walkable distance to Ginza, Tokyo station & Nipponbashi. 3-5mins walk to Ginza Itchome & Higashi Ginza station which provides you easy access to different part of the city. Third, we received beautiful bouquet from hotel as anniversary gift! Really surpised!! So pity that we cannot bring it home but we did appreciated for that.:-) It would be much better if hotel can equip with fully sun block curtain. Also, the pillow is a bit soft while the bed is a bit hard. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everybody.

Very Good Choice in Ginza”
We wanted to stay in busy area, with shopping convenience, easy access to underground and variety of restaurants. This hotel tick all the boxes. It is new and therefore giving a clean feeling too. Beds are on the harder side but suited us very well. Rooms are pretty small though understandable in Tokyo. The hotel unusually provides an onsen type public bath which is not hotspring, but nice and we happily used it. We all like it and will likely stay again. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in centre of Ginza”
Spent a weekend in the hotel for business. Enjoyed the new, very clean and practical rooms and facilities. Japanese size rooms but well organized and larger bathroom than normal. Very nice Onsen bath and good with laundry machines that worked perfect for me having been travelling for a week. Location is perfect in Ginza for shopping, restaurants and transportation. Can recommend to pack the running shoes for jogging sround the imperial palace.
