Business hotel. A Few stops away from most sights in Tokyo. Primarily serving business people. Not for families with young children. Great breakfast. Free bus to Shinagawa station and back.

Awesome staff!”

The hotel is right by a nice park, has a free shuttle to Shinagawa station, and has a Family Mart right on property which makes it very concenient. The amenities and the room size was better than other Tokyo hotels but I already expected that from a Marriott chain. What made our stay here very memorable was the friendliness and service of the people/staff of this hotel. They were all extremely pleasant and genuinely nice. There was an issue with our reservation, which was not Marriott's fault but more due to an agoda booking error; but the staff went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Ok but could refine its offering a bit”

Decent rooms, friendly staf but some service is chaotic. We booked as a couple and were given a twin room. It was very big but we wanted a king bed so we're shown a smaller room with the bed pushed into s corner. We persisted saying we would like a king room leith a regular set up. They found us one and it is spacious by Tokyo standards. The "executive" part of the booking entitles you to the use of the executive lounge - a cheap airport lounge type set up which is only attractive If you like free stuff!

Great stay, nice sized rooms, and the nearby garden is gorgeous. The hotel is joined in a complex with an office building, and they appear to use a city bus that runs between the complex and the station almost as late/early as the trains run.

Get the executive lounge”

The hotel itself is a 10 minute walk to the shinagawa station but they provide free shuttle to and from the hotel. A bit far from all the excitement. be warned though that during the weekday, their shuttle service ends early so you'd need to walk or take a taxi from the station. The executive lounge gives you access to their breakfast and snacks from afternoon til late night. Great value. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean.

A little out of the way ”

The hotel is very nice but it was a little out of the way. Despite the hotel's best efforts to provide shuttle service to the train stations every 15 mins, getting to and from the hotel is quite a hassle. Not much food around the area either.

we stayed this hotel when our relative had a wedding ceremony at the hotel, and it was really a nice hotel more than expected, clean room, nice staffs, beautiful japanese garden... so I really enjoyed the stay there.

The room was very nice and spacious. The restroom and the room were very clean. Hotel was a little off the beaten path but still within walking range to the city. Overall great experience. I'd visit again.

Nice hotel. Well renovated. Modern, classy, comfy feel. But away from city. Not close to any metro, so need to use the shuttle to go out and in. So, a bit cumbersome. But has a great lobby restaurant
