Another great stay”
We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was pleasing to see that it is still just as beautifully well maintained. The rooms are so well done, as is the whole building. If you struggle on stairs, note the spiral staircase and ask the staff to carry your bags for you. The staff are friendly and fun to talk to. The location is an easy stroll to the night market on the river front and the boat tciket office. Breakfast is cooked to order and is tasty and plentiful.

Wonderful Experience”
A true gem of a hotel. Decor and style is classic. Would be fine place to write a novel! Staff super helpful and friendly, good breakfast, and located right in midst of town with many food and shopping options nearby. Road traffic a bit noisy, but didn't detract from overall superb experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Aesthetic Appeal Hotel”
The hotel looks exactly like the photos - every decorations have aesthetic appeal. The room is a bit small to my liking, but it was very clean and offers satisfactory size balcony to hang out. Encountered minor inconveniences prior / during my stay where the hotel was not attentive to my queries via Agoda chat (we have to manually email to them instead), the water hose's head was pulled off (but the staff fixed it) and the aircond in our room was not cool enough (but fan was provided). Nevertheless, the staffs were very helpful. As the hotel is strategically located (laundy shop is situated right opposite the hotel, walking distance to night market and river front), the hotel is recommended.

This Hotel is a gem , a step into history . Beautifully tiled floors , spiral staircase to the upstairs rooms . My single room was bright , quiet and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious . I will stay here again when I return to Krabi.

Great location for short stay ”
A lovely hotel and easy location to find after getting off the ferry. Easy access to the airport too. Nice walks along the riverside from the hotel. Best breakfast we had whilst in Thailand and good coffee! Only comment would be beds, the are hard.

Beautiful hotel with excellent river view. ”
We were delighted with the hotel and its location. It is within 5 min walk to night market and restaurants. Room is really clean and the balcony offers a nice place to spend looking at the view of the river. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The only improvement needed is for the hotel to provide kettle in room.

Great option in Krabi tiwn”
Lovely small hotel perfect for a night or two if staying in Krabi Town. Friendly helpful staff. Quality is much higher than 2-3 star rating would indicate. No lift so not good for those with mobility issues.

Great building in great location”
Beautiful old building that was kept very clean and decorated beautifully. The ornate wrought iron stairs are the center piece of the place and add to it's charm but if you are mobility limited you would not want to stay on the top floor. That's too bad because the views from the top floor deluxe rooms is incredible looking out across the river and town. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that would improve the stay would be a little more friendliness from the lobby staff and a softer bed...... but starting to think the hard bed is a nation wide thing. House cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay”
My room was small but adequate, and it was probably the cleanest hotel room I've seen in a while. Spotless. Toilet had no smell whatsoever. Location was quite good, with the walking street / night market within walkable distance. There's a bus stop nearby where you can take the local 'bus' to the airport or supermarkets. Breakfast was very tasty and the portion was big. Very good hotel considering its price.

Adorable hotel”
U Residence is a cute hotel on one of the main streets of Krabi. We loved its location near one of the night markets and within walking distance of others. There are a few bars right across the street as well! The bed is big and comfy. The balcony is relaxing and a fun way to watch sunrise. The staff was friendly, though check-in and check-out took a long time. The stairs can be a lot, but it is definitely worth the stay in Krabi town!

Great ambience, shower, bed, location, breakfast - and goood coffee. 100-year old rickshaw in front, interesting pictures. Owner offered fantastic New Year cake to all. Some noise from street, but it's worth it. Lie flat to reach safety box :-) Would stay again, for sure.

Clean and central”
Used as a pit stop for an early flight. Arrived late and left early but it was very convenient to night market and bars. Fifteen minutes from airport. Would stay again for sure.

Back to the 70s”
If you like retro feeling, this is the place for you. Everything about the hotel is like the oldies. Room and breakfast is good. It's like living in someone's place. I like the spiral staircase going up to the room. You don't come across this often. Staff were helpful in bringing your luggage up and down. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the weekend night market and the river. Next is just the family mart.
