The hotel is situated in the heart of Chunxi road. The breakfast and reception is good. The room is clean. In addtion,I hope the company to change the lighting of the rooms, because it is too dim. And the single rooms should also have refrigerators. All this is done to improve the business. Thank you.

It locates in exactly central city, easy to shopping, get some nice food around. Also close to some famous place. But, the breakfast is not good to be honest.

very convenient for early flight
if you gonna catch early flight next morning, this will be the one you can choose. wake-up call and shuttle service helps you. you will miss breakfast though

Great Location but low on cleaniness and service
Best location right on the walking street. But, those with big luggage will have to pull your luggage for 30 meters to reach the hotel entrance. Not too clean, and service is bad. For a quick stay, no problem.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Friendly staff, room service and location
Carpets getting old and cigarette smoke stained
Great location and staff. As an Australian where non smoking rooms are the norm This room was well appointed however the carpets were stained all over with cigarette smoke. I undersand China has different rules about smoking. Having said that there was no stale tobacco smell. I could hear neighbours through the walls but not enough to spoil my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Helpful staff, Clean rooms and public areas
Menus not very helpful for European/non-Chinese speakers
This was quite a difficult hotel to find, and you have to take a lift in the building to get to the hotel entrance. However once there the staff are helpful and courteous. The hotel is very clean as are the rooms. Lights and air con in the rooms all worked well. The menus are mainly in Chinese and it is difficult to follow if you do not speak Chinese, altho the staff do help. All in all this is a good value hotel in the centre of the city.

Room was reasonably comfortable and staff were generally helpful particularly the Bell boys. They can communicate with their little english they have.
Location of the hotel is not great. Front desk staff could not speak english at all, in fact the bell boys were the ones who helped us. desk staff could speak and understand some english.
The location of the hotel is bad. We were dropped off at the main street and had to walk 50 metres , then along a dark alley way to the main entrance of offices. The lobby of the hotel is on the 7th floor. And the front reception staff could not speak or understand a single english word. If not for the bell boys we would be in strife. The room wis small and although it has a clean bed and bathroom, the carpet is old a nd a good steam cleaning or replacement. With the name "International", we expected that the hotel is staffed by someone who can speak english.

Unpleasant experience
- location is next to walking mall
- walls moldy with pieces falling from the walls - carpet filthy with cigarette holes and stains throughout - ads state that they have English speaking staff but we didn't have any luck with this - tried to double charge for hotel
We arrived at the hotel and had a difficult time finding it since it is located on the 7th floor inside another hotel that you enter through a back alley. This should have been our first sign that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. We arrived on check in and had a hard time communicating with the staff (note: my family has been in China for 9 months and are used to not communicating well, however we chose this hotel because they stated they had English speaking staff and we wanted help with arranging some tours). Arriving in our room we were seriously disappointed to see mold visibly growing from the walls and a carpet full of stains and cigarette holes. When we asked the staff for a second towel for the room (it only had 1 and there were 2 of us) they said our room already had a towel. When we went to check out we encountered more problems since they couldn't figure out how to reimburse our credit card for the room deposit. Then they made me sign a form for charges for the room even after I stated that we had already paid through agoda. They said it was company policy. After signing the form they refused to give me a copy of the form (even through it had 3 carbons.) When I said I needed a copy of the form I had signed the lady ripped the paper out of my hand, told me NO! and walked away. I then asked to talk to the manager and finally he said that they had made a mistake because I paid through Agoda and so they were going to throw the paper away. I wouldn't leave until he ripped up the papers in front of me. Overall this was a stressful and unpleasant stay.

Comfortabel HOtel
Locatie, Netheid, goed werkende Airco behulpzaamheid personeel, de mogelijkheid tours te boeken.
Hotel locatie is niet duidelijk aangegeven. Weinig privacy, douche/toilet is door ene glazen wand afgescheiden met de slaapkamer. In de gangen/liften wordt gerookt. Laundry service is aan de prijzige kant
De ligging is uitstekend, direct in de binnenstad naast allerlei leuke winkels en restaurants. De kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van gratis internet en ontbijt (ookal beweert Agoda dat het exclusief ontbijt is). Alhoewel de eerste indruk niet goed was (locatie van de hotel was niet duidelijk aangegeven en de gangen waren erg muffig), zijn we uiteindelijk heel blij met dit hotel geweest.
