Awesome, cozy and comfortable ”
The room was clean and everything was working fine. There’s toothbrush, shower cap etc. Body soap but no shampoo. Overall we had an amazing stay, no complaints and the staff was very friendly also. Definitely will come back again

Weird Check In Procedure.”
directed to the 11th floor for check in. there were no one at the 11th floor, just a sign to contact a certain person to get the keys. called multiple times for a bout half an hour before the call was answered.

Place is a little run down as the hotel building consists of many other management and hotel types. Just alright for very short stay.

I had to pay a total of RM 31 for parking for a 1 night stay. Normally each unit owner is assigned two parking lots card access by the building management so don’t know why the owners of De Elements don’t pass on the free parking to their customers🤦♀️ the desk were dusty so I couldn’t allow my 2 year old play card and put his toys in. And it would be great if I were informed that there would be heavy fogging at 7.30am every Friday morning inside a closed, dark, not well ventilated carpark. It was so hard to bring my baby into the pesticide filled carpark. Who lets their baby breathe in pesticide anyway? Had I known I’d probably have left later 10am for work or 6am. There were no signs for exit at the car park so on the first day I had to tail gate another car just to get to the exit. There were also no signs on where I could park to access the hotel lobby easily on the first day. The rain shower was nice but not so convenient to bathe my 2 year old.

The room is not well maintained”
The room is old, and not well maintained. The bed is smelly, toilet is dirty and smelly as well. But is cheap, hope the owner can maintain back the room. Due to is cheap, not expecting very good the room. But at least need clean room.

Not suitable for picky guests”
*Please take note this is based on MY experience. Yours might be different. Stayed here over the weekend (1 night) as a solo traveler. I was given a corner room. Procedures/Service: There was no official check-in counter. I had to call a number, and they told me to go up to Floor 11, and hung up. I went up, no one was around. I called again, they told me to wait for a person who's supposed to give me the room card. 15 minutes of waiting in the hallway, no one. Called again, and 5 minutes later, a lady (I supposed it's a staff of the management), showed up. This was still during Covid season. She had NO mask on and handed me the key card saying "Nah (Here)" and left. She did not explain anything or asked if I had any questions whatsoever. Room Condition(s): Room floor was quite dusty. Room had a weird smell (not sure if it's cigarette but it doesn't smell clean). Table and pantry areas had ants. Walls and ceilings had some holes and rotten marks. One of the ceiling lamps was broken. Bathroom sink area was leaking. Hair dryer was broken. I had to turn on my own water supply for the toilet and sink. *At least the room was big and spacious, with a sofa and coffee table at the side. Parking Lot: As of February 2022, parking entry was a flat rate of RM3 per entry per day on a weekend. The boards at the parking entrances did not state this (not updated). Parking lot was relatively dark, no proper lighting (lights flickering), and the directions were a bit confusing. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable stay or are a picky guest.
