Exceptional”
Strategic location with lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Watson and guardian just located in front of the hotel. Value for money and the room is neat and clean. Hair dryer is available upon requested with deposit. The sound proofing is bad as I can heard "ding" everytime the elevator was used and operated.

Very good”
The room is very good, clean, spacious and nice. Towel provided was clean. Got hot water inside bathroom. Tv channel got many choices. Water dispenser and cloth iron provided at the corridor. Good location, got many restaurant and stores nearby. The check in process took too long. The staff argue with another staff and that makes me feel annoying as i waited 20minutes. They even need deposit rm50 for hairdryer, i just wanna use for 15minutes. And the hairdryer did not function very well (not hot enough, took too long to dry my hair). Sound proof not good, you can hear people walking and talking outside and upstairs. But overall it was a very nice hotel, surely will come back.

Pros : •many stores and restaurants nearby •clean and tidy •value for money Cons: •poor soundproof, can hear people walking and the lift's sound •second time here but still no improvement during check in process, took too long •water cooler, the cold water is quite warm •the sink in my room was like want to fall off, very scary

Morning staff, bad attitude”
There is a morning staff (male) very very bad attitude. We forgot to pass the hairdryer, he just throw the room card to us and ask us to collect it back from the room! I don't mind that he want us to return it from room to the counter but he threw the card! After that, he said wait a while for the room checking, I waited there for 15 mins and he never do anything! Until I can't stand and asked him "how long should I wait?" And he said "just one second" and only he give me back my deposit! I will never come back to this hotel

Strategic location and value for money”
Convenient location with basic hotel facilities ( with wifi, air conditioner and astro TV) 2 Queen size beds and 1 toilet. I booked for friend. They were satisfied with the money paid. Which you couldn't find other places with such a good deal. Many kopitiam or cafe surroundings. Easy access to kl, bangsar, pj , Puchong or seremban highway. Cons are parking is a bit headache. With patience you will find one.

Like the place the hotel price is reasonable for everyone who want to have a cheapest holiday an nearest from the convience store an restorable also just near an the price is very cheap from other states that's what i like cos taxi not difficult to find an the hotel staff even not very well trainedat least they tried their best to do the job...

Value for money, what you get. Clean, hot shower, cold AC. Didn't get wifi to connect to my iphone but I was only there 36 hours. Staff very helpful, booking taxi etc. I arrived 5 am after late flight. Hotel ready for me - and replied to my email the day before when I notified them of my very early arrival.

Poor sound proof due to wall build by partition board”
The stay is ok, but the sound proof in poor. After mid night, i can clearly hear the left arrival "ting" sound. I can hear next door open and close door. I can hear next door on off the switch. If next door have activity, i might hear it too.... (-_-||| This cause me unable sleep well until 3:48am in the morning. The wall build by partition board, when you knock it, you will know.....

Superb location but parking nightmare area ...”
Room cleanness was good. Hotel located in the middle of food heaven area with plenty of eateries restaurant surrounding the hotel. Plus there is even a 7-11 shop just in front . The surrounding hotel area have very limited parking bays. Came back after 12 midnight still cannot find parking. Take note that all the parking vending machines only accept coins. Touch & Go card is not accepted.

A boutique which located at kuchai lama.Room only provided towels and body shampoo.It was our second time stayed at this hotel and we felt very disappointed this time.Unfriendly staff and we request for a double bed room near elevator (was wrote as special request while booking online) but he gave us a room beside public toilet which at ground floor,found baby cockroach on bed!We asked for another room immediately.

A bit far from the heart of the city. Taxi from JB Central costs RM 20, from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan RM 10. A bit hidden from the road, but if you can see 'Orange Hotel' it's right behind it. It is located above a restaurant. There's a small glass door besides the restaurant to enter the hotel. The staff speaks english well, an old chinese guy during day time and a young Indian guy during night time. Both are very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood are full of 'food'...

The location is good, however parking lot is limited and it's a bit hassle to find food as the surrounding place mostly occupied by Chinese restaurants. Quite convenient to buy basic necessities as Watsons and guardian is just the opposite of the hotel. The room hotel smells weird, dusty, and the bed sheets, well, it's quite obvious they didn't change it. However, overall, it's good value for an overnight or short stay.
