I stayed with my family, after some business in Bandung didn't expect to find a place like this, just a quiet place and away from the crowds in our family's thoughts friendly and very helpful employees are more than an asset of this resort, Jacuzzi and pool concepts such as villas and resorts in general in Bali, especially the ubud area remind me of those memories, exactly Bali concept My mistake was only to take the car route from the mesjid Atta'awun at the top of the direction of Mount Mas. If you go from above, you should pass through Mount Mas first and then turn right, or if you go from below the Safari Park before Mount Mas, turn left, the road is wider. once again thank you to the team who gave a deep impression, two fun days with all the activities, and the hospitality.

- Our room and several room options are away from the main hotel, the main picture and also for breakfast, and swimming pool +/- 500m away thru gravel road and dimly lit road - very dusty, cigarette ash in every window gap and rails, even guest told to not smoke,but apparently they do in the room anyway - the toilet are outside the room and quite spacious - wifi is good tho - book thru agoda DOES NOT include breakfast - no welcome drink as advertised - the electric kettle have been used to cook instant noodle, so make sure you clean it up before use, there are a lot of bits still left in there

GOOD service, but the most expensive vila is DIRTY”
I was upgraded FOR FREE, and given complimentary breakfast for 2 days, which is AWESOME. However, their Svargaloka villa was so dirty. Dry leaves everywhere, rotten fruits filled the balcony, the floor was dusty.
