I loved this place! I got a clean room (although like other reviews stated, some smell in the bathroom). The staff was very accommodating and so helpful. The room service was prompt and delicious, reasonable prices for hotel fare. The location was great! The street was great for strolling & lots of nice cafes and street food nearby. It was very close to BTS Victory Monument, about a 8-10 minute walk depending on one’s speed.

The location is very good, not too far from tourist attractions, you can easily find local restaurants around the hotel, 7-11 shops are also very close. The room is clean, and the bathroom has a bit of a smell from the drain but it's not significant. The daily housekeeping service is very clean, the swimming pool is also very good, but if there are a lot of people, it will probably be a bit cramped, the time I stayed there were not too many people using the pool. The reception works great, they understand English well. Highly recommend this place.

Great Bangkok hotel”
Booked last minute in reception! Lovely front desk staff, very helpful, welcoming. Room choice offered...wall colour etc! Room was well layer out and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. Toothbrush and toothpaste sealed pack and shaving kit provided. Pool was split with a raised centre section with two sun beds on it. One side 90cm the other 120cm Towels provided. Breakfast was so-so but for the price was adequate. Not far from the Airlink to Bangkok either just a short walk!

All in all an excellent hotel, well situated in Bkk, excellent cafe in the spacious pleasant-feeling lobby. Pool in 2 parts is fine for a dip, interesting skyline around. Room clean and spacious. Hot food on the sidewalk and 7Eleven and Lotus just minutes walk away. Pleasant neighbourhood for strolling.

It was a convenient place. The location is good and there are stores, also 711, near the hotel. We got the 2br family suite and it’s very spacious so i love the room we stayed in. The wifi is also great. After a long walk all throughout the day from visiting tourist spots, it’s great to go back to a place where you can really relax. So i definitely recommend this hotel.
