I could not praise this hotel enough, the staff are wonderful so helpful I would like to single out the restaurant manager who was always friendly and attentive to your needs. The room was beautiful and very clean as is everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is central and it is easy to navigate the city. This hotel has "style". Attention to detail and the ambiance makes you feel welcome everytime you enter this gem of a place. From room to breakfast, from service to cleanliness these are the champions. Almost too good for this town. Once you get out of the hotel you will remember that you are in Thailand. All enhanced by the location in an ordinary Thai neighbourhood. Clever for sure.

Stunning Hotel and the best in Udonthani”
The hotel Is absolutely stunning everything perfectly and clean. Staff very friendly and I hope the princess stay today and not get the cold eggs for her breakfast like us. It’s only small detail we not like. And the cappuccino more milk more than coffee .. but we very happy to stay in this hotel and I will visit there again😊😊😊😊 give you 5 stars 🌟 anyway.

We had a princess suite for just one night. Thoroughly recommend a stay here. the room was exactly as photographed. Very comfortable and soft bed- a perfect topper. Lovely comfortable room with a wonderful bathroom. Breakfast excellent.Easy check in, Easy check out no hassle anywhere. Check out was noon and they allowed till 12:30- very fair! Next time in Udon Thani will certainly look for an opportunity to stay,

Feel like home in all aspects. My family and I spent a lot of good time in this hotel. Staff: Service-minded. Friendly. Professional. Car Parking: Free & plenty of parking spaces in an on-site parking building. Facilities: Nice swimming pool, and gym. Cozy and well-decorated public living and co-working spaces. Nice garden. Room: Very comfortable. Breakfast: Variety and plenty of choices. Very delicious. Lunch & Dinner: Tried both. Plenty of choices & all delicious. Location: Very good location. Near everything e.g. many interesting places downtown, such as UD Town, Central Plaza, Stadium, Airport etc.

Very modern hotel esp considering the region. Great restaurant, breakfast omelette is 10/10. Picturesque view from suite of local streets, markets, activities - very interesting for first-time visitor. Staff especially the guys out front were really helpful with the car, it's like a 5 star hotel in a capital city.

I struggled with understanding the language and front desk was so nice to help me out. They even offered to do translation if ever I need by calling them via Line. Exploring the city was good as their recommendations are a great help! I've enjoyed the sights and really wish to go back again. The bedroom is clean, bright and beautiful. My wife and me stayed three nights at De Princess Udon Thani. On the second night which was my birthday anniversary we heard someone knocking at our room door and it was two Hotel staff offering a small BD cake with a lighted candle and songong happy birthday. It was simple but so spontaneous that I felt it was one of the best BD gift I ever receives Bravo De Princess hotel.

Nearly perfect but needs a little more”
Very nice and clean hotel. Very modern decor and the rooms are fantastic. The wifi is really good. You will not be disappointed with very much. The staff is friendly and fantastic as well. I’ll just point out what I thought can be improved or what people might not like as well. 1. The gym is small and not much equipment. There isn’t much you can do in there. 2. The pool is small but I personally don’t care about that. 3. The mini bar refrigerator is very small and comes with some items stocked inside. Therefore you will find it hard to place other items in the refrigerator. 4. The airport transfer is expensive. Book a taxi or Grab. 5. You will find one 1 English speaking channel on the cable TV. The is a English version of French News however it’s only clear 20-30% of the time. It’s also not a smart TV so bring your own entertainment.
