Beautiful place inside and outside, Lovely kind helpful Staff, The different Rooms are Amazing, the Swimming pool is a huge bonus and the food is Yummy. In fact couldn’t fault a thing

There are couple of things I would change to make it a great stay, first and most important the cusions and mattresses are not good and the Breakfast again very important was terrible not cooked well (raw hashbrown, pale sausages). But other than that location and facilities were really nice.

Staff were amazing, hard working and friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel however is tired. Rooms desperately need updating. Very noisy, super hot rooms, very basic and uncomfortable bed. Difficult to justify not going to a premier inn. Leave on a positive though, the staff are lovely. The communal areas are spotlessly clean and well appointed. 4 star hotel? not the room I saw…but cheap and cheerful…definitely.

Very nice place. Lovely room with plenty of space to move around. Loads of storage space and a lovely big bed. The receptionist was very welcoming. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. A bit pricey on the food and drinks, but no more than you'd expect from a hotel.

The hotel is close by my office, very quiet and good facilities. Rooms are nice and clean however mine has a small problem with the shower -but the staff apologised as they were not informed of that. Good Breakfast and nice dinner.

I used the dining room for my evening meal. The waitress gave me a menu ,my first choice was not available, my second choice was not available, the waitress said it was embarrassing that so many items were unavailable so I chose the sausages which was o.k. At Breakfast I ordered an English breakfast which was cooked for my order however when the food arrived the bacon was tough perhaps reheated the beans were cold with dried up sauce and the tomato was overcooked and resembled a red prune. In general the food was not up to the rating the hotel holds.

Was really nice, met up with some old friends”
We were just meeting up with some old friends for the evening, so didn't really see any of the surrounding area or use any of the hotel facilities as were on route to travelling north but was lovely for the evening we spent there. Only one negative, the bathroom was a little small and could do with a little attention.

Agoda's price guarantee was on papers only, we were charged more than the quote. There wasn't any universal power points to charge phones and tablets ect. But the rest **** stars all the way.

Breakfast last year was better in the way it was served to you at your table. This year was a running buffet in which you only was allocated 1 rasher of bacon, 1 sausage. would have been a nice touch to have been waited on regarding the breakfast. Would I return again ? It would be the third time , at the moment I don’t know because of the breakfast situation. Will they start to cut down on any other arears if no one highlights their concerns???

Excellent party food very good, however spoilt by extreme amount of noise from other parties returning to there rooms late, and no control put on them.

No air con be aware for summer ”
I need to change hotel due to no air con and the room location is end of corridor with window facing outdoor seating area full of guest thus i could not open window for ventilation
