FITNESS CLUB NEEDS MORE MACHINES”

There seems to be a disconnect between the hotel and the fitness club. The sign outside the club says 6am opening time and when I got there at 6:20, they told me (over the house phone) that the club would only open at 7:00. When I got there just before 7:00, I was utterly dismayed to find that it was now open and that it was occupied. clearly there were guests there who had been using the gym for some time. Secondly, they have just 1 treadmill, which is definitely not enough. I had to wait for some 20 minutes on 2 different occasions to get on it. The hotel is big so the gym definitely needs to add some more equipments. Otherwise, the place is definitely recommended. I am definitely going there next time (which is going to happen pretty soon).

Excellent Staff, Good Location”

Staff are very helpful, friendly and attention to details. The staff at the front was very proactive, not only helping to make sure we don't get rip off by taxi, also came to check the lift button when he saw the people were waiting at the foyer. Receptionist also helped for arrange pick up and tours for us. Hotel is close to subway. Room is clean and good size. Breakfast is ok. Will choose this hotel again next time in Wuxi.

Near to Metro station and value for money”

Good location with around 200m to the Metro station. Definitely worth the money if you're looking for a cozy place to stay during your trip. Strongly recommended.

Great Location, Clean Hotel”

Very near to the Wuxi train station (gaotie) as such most taxi driver is very reluctant to send passenger to this hotel as I believed they had waited very long to pick passengers. Passenger with short distance wasted their time as they earn less. The hotel is very near to shopping centres as well as some attractions such as 阿炳故居，南禅寺，古运河。Metro station is within walking distance less than 5 minutes. The room is clean but the air-condition in the room was unable to be adjusted to the desired temperature thus it is pretty stuffy at 26 degree.

Staffs here are super friendly and very professional. We came in earlier than the check in time and was given an upgrade on both of our rooms. Rooms are huge and comfy though the toilet is a bit outdated. Location is very strategic as shopping and local food are easily accessible.

The hotel is close to the train station, but not on the main street, it is behind a building which makes it difficult to find. The room is reasonably big, clean and the furnishing is quite new. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly, breakfast caters towards Chinese style. The only bad comment that I have there the room is not very soundproof, there is some kind of machinery noise that can keep you up all night if you are a light sleeper.

Super clean and spacious room ”

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was just ok. Acceptable but nothing particular. For the price, I would come back again!

Excellent choice for a short visit”

Excellent choice when you are looking for a room in a central area of Wuxi with good connection to public traffic (metro and busses) with several possibilities for shopping and sightseeing in walking distance. The rooms are not big but well equipped for a short stay where you anyhow do not spent much time there. Everything is very clean, staff is friendly and supporting. I would consider it again when I go there.

Nice location but bit noisy”

The room is quite large and clean, and the location is really convenient. There's only one thing bothered me during my stay, which was the room is bit noisy, I was in the room right next to the elevator and I can clearly hear the sound from elevator every single time.
