Nice beach, nice room”
They gave us free upgrade to suite room. The beach is nice with clear water and mud. Suitable for family coz they have three pool and kids water playground to play with.
Best budget hotel around Dead Sea.”
Pros: Free parking Breakfast was decent Private Dead Sea area for all hotel guests and free Dead Sea mud for use Cons: Hotel facility can tell been there for a while, have not updated room decoration. The towels are old and should be replaced Overall: Good selection if looking to stay at Dead Sea on a budget
Restrictive food and drink policies”
The hotel is nice and affordably priced, but they are very restrictive about letting you bring in your own food and drink. My wife has allergies, so we needed to bring in food for her. The process involved arguing withe the security guard, who for the past 3 days had restricted how many bottles of water we could bring in with us. These restrictions also apply to alcohol, which they will let you bring in, but they want you to pay a charge (I think it was 10 Jordanian) to BYOB.
Nice hotel in the Dead Sea”
Nothing to say about this hotel. Clean, relatively modern and cheaper compare to any other option in the dead sea. The access to the beach was comfortable, and the value for money great. We had a big room with two separate qween size bed that could accomodate the four of us (us + a 3 and 5 years old)
I visit this hotel frequently, and it was always up to standards.”
Friendly and professional staff, very accommodating. Affordable for a families with children, the food was great. I highly recommend this hotel , as it offers five stars service although its rated four stars.
Room is big enough and clean, pool side view with Dead Sea, a beautiful sunset when standing beside the balcony. In their private beach, they have much mud provided. However, the choice of breakfast is limited, only a variety of bread can be choose.
Mud & Float”
So much fun! Walkway down to the Dead Sea. They had a mud station ready for our own mud spa. Very special. The restaurant staff at the restaurant were so friendly and comical -
An over priced three star hotel , maybe a few years ago this would qualify for a four star hotel but the property is worn down and the amenities are extremely dated/minimal. The only saving grace is direct access to The Dead Sea and a plethora of pools.
Care beyond usual business ”
I am really thankful to the hotel management of taking care of me when became unwell. They were quick to call the ambulance and designated a staff member who stayed with me throughout the ED and was very caring. Hotel also arranged a Taxi to bring me back to hotel from hospital which was quite far from hotel. And not only this inspite of my insistence to pay it was all done for free. I am really grateful to hotel management and very impressed by Jordanian hospitality
Outdated & Overpriced for what you get”
Half of the hotel has been renovated but we were allocated to the old part. This part of the hotel should not be open to guests: paint chipping on walls, used up furniture, rusty balcony etc. When we tried to use the sink the bathroom flooded! Plumber fixed it but then housekeeping never came to clean up! After complaining they switched us to a room in the new section which was nice. The outdoor facilities at this hotel are also outdated and half of them under renovations? Garbage on the 'beach' of the Dead Sea was also very saddening. It should be cleaned up. The buffet breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Note that you are not able to bring in food from the outside to the hotel (security prohibits it), only water. This may be problematic with families with younger kids.
If you are looking for a good stay at Jordanian Dead Sea for decent price, you can stop searching. Seriously, it was one of if not the cheapest hotels at this location that I found and I cannot see why. The hotel is huge, with 2 restaurants, few pools, garden and a private beach. We got a small upgrade from mountain to sea view room, thak you for that! So the staff was great and very helpful. The hotel has private beach with mud to enjoy, you do not pay extra price to go there. Our room was pretty clean, nothing to complain. Breakfast was also alright. We also had a meal at the pub, which was extra expensive (50 JOD for 2 people) and it tasted just ok. But apart from that I am sooo satisfied with this stay.
Very pleasant hotel, perfect for a visit to the Dead Sea - the hotel is right next to the beach, and has a lot of pools too. The rooms a great - spacious, clean and very comfy. The breakfast is good, there is a terrace with a great view during breakfast time. There is a free parking in the resort. The views from the room was very nice. A great resort, which I would love to visit again.
Great place, everything was good. It’s not the Hilton, but it’s great!
Good price/quality hotel”
Good location. Direct access to the Dead Sea from the hotel beach. Only 1 hour drive from the airport
My friend and I stayed here one night. We had an excellent time and truly enjoyed the facilities. We had excellent service at the pub and restaurant from a very kind Philippina. The hotel room was clean and had a great view. One of our favourite parts was floating in the Dead Sea at the hotel beach and the magnificent breakfast that was included!
What a gem!”
The location is to die for, right by the Dead Sea. Staff is super helpful and polite. The rooms have a great view over-looking The West Bank. Only drawback is that it feels a bit expensive, but that's how everything is in Jordan.
Nice hotel with a view. Beach is great, mud bath”
Had an incredible stay at this hotel. Big room, clean, comfortable bed. Nice balcony with the beach view. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and plenty of choices. The beach is not crowded. Floating on Dead Sea was amazing. There's also mud bath on the beach
Hotel Wastes and Scams Scams Customers out of Food And Drink”
My largest complaint is a policy they have, not shared on their website or any booking website, where they have an absolute ban on outside food and drink allowed in the hotel. I had purchased extra food at a restaurant to take hiking with myself, and the hotel refused to allow me to keep food in my fridge for hiking. While I patiently tried to convince them that I needed this food for substance in the desert, I watched their security take food, water, and snacks from several families, which included an argument about baby formula, which the family was begrudgingly allowed to take in after several minutes of heated arguments. I was shocked at how rude the staff and security were about this rule. All the food they confiscated is promptly thrown away, promoting massive food waste & severely impacting this hotel's environmental footprint. There is no mention of this policy online, and the staff aggressively defended it (security, managers, and staff). I would not recommend this place.
You get what you pay for”
Great location and served its purpose for us... that is, somewhere to sleep while we could explore the Dead Sea. Apart from this, there is not much else. Room was VERY outdated, with minimal amenities given the price. Staff was super friendly, but there were not many food options and the “resort” was way below our expectations. Supposed “adult only” pools were over-run with kids, and posted rules/expectations were not enforced by staff, which disrupted our enjoyment of the few facilities that were available. We wish we had made the choice to pay a bit more and enjoy one of the other resorts nearby.
Basic hotel, highly overpriced”
We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It is highly overpriced, overcrowded with very basic run down rooms. There was bad smell in our room and mould in a bathroom. Staff is not helpful at all, our safe box didn’t work, we called to reception but never received assistance, staff also shouting during breakfast at people not to sit outside. Adults only swimming pools were full of children. The only good thing is that you can go to Dead Sea to float and mud yourself.
