We came from Thailand and we stay here for 2 nights. Everything was great and all staff had service mind and helpful especially Kevin and Levi, they help me fix to connect wifi in smart TV. The room was clean and comfortable. You should get here once visit Hanoi

Great view from our premium room even though was a little foggy. would look amazing during a non winter season. Not much food variety for breakfast [especially for Muslim traveller] . Receptionist[named Huo] was super friendly and helpful. very happy with the service and cleanliness in the hotel :)

Nice and Pleasant Stay”
Even the room is not big, the size is just right. There is no windows in the room which is good as it blocked out the traffic noise and both my niece & myself were able to sleep soundly without any disturbance. The hotel location is 5mins walk to sapa station which make it very convenient for us to take the train to fansipan. It's also very near to alot of restaurant, cafe, massage parlour. The staff is friendly, check-in is a breeze. They also help to get local taxi for us on our last day os stay to the place of our bus back to Hanoi. It's worth the stay.

Staff was one of the best we had in our entire trip, professional, nice, and helped with every single thing. The hotel is newly renovated, everything is new, breakfast was amazing and had many choices. Perfect location, distance walking from everything. BEST value for your money! The hotel is clean and located very near to Sa Pa station and Sa Pa lake. The staffs are also helpful, they have helped to contact our bus and book a taxi for us to Sa Pa bus station.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures and it’s positive reviews. All met my expectation. Great view at the balcony for breakfast. Maybe August is not a peak season so they upgrade my room to deluxe. The staffs are all very nice and you could see that they would try to help as much. Tip: if you’ll look for the receptionist for help in booking tour package. They don’t have a list, so better to settle the booking elsewhere. For my case, online was such convenience. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

New and Clean Hotel with Good View”
We got rooms with a balcony. Enjoyed the view and the seats outside. Bed was comfy and the sofa with the unique table and chair was good. Bathroom, and water pressure are all good. The breakfast was not fantastic but the view was good. The staff was friendly and polite though they cannot speak English well. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and good value for money”
I had a wonderful stay at DeLaSol Sapa this summer. The room was big and clean. Their staff was really amazing. They upgraded my room and I've got a nice view. The hotel is just a few minutes' walks from Sapa Station to Fansipan and the center. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will go to Sapa.

Hotel location was convenient to restaurants and shops, spa. Walkable distance to center e.g stone church. Room was clean and spacious with great view from balcony. Breakfast is ala carte at the moment.

Fantastic hotel with majestic view. ”
We came in late at night and Ms. Lan was really good to take care of me and my 2 boys. We checked in to Family Room with Mountain View at the highest floor. Breakfast was good and of good quality. Staff are all nice and polite. We enjoyed every single bit of the hotel.

Move over, M Gallery… DeLaSol is a boutique hotel that has been upgraded and features some of the best dining, especially classical French cuisine, in Sapa. Good selection of wines as well. Excellent view, great location, I’ll be back.

The rooms is on great location not far from Sun plaza around 5 min by walk. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff could not understand English that much but it's not the ploblem. Surounding by restaurant and massage shop.

Big room and bathroom for the price. Staff is friendly and willing to help. A mart just outside the hotel makes it easy to buy bottled water and titbits. Near to the square but a need to walk up a slope.
