First timer in Hanoi and am full of raving reviews especially receptionist Ngoc Anh who went all the way to make my stay at ease and how to navigate to St Joseph Cathedral. Bellboy Tuan Anh thoughtfully brought me to my room and also sent me off. Had really great time as location is central to shop at old quarters. There was promotion for the massage spa not bad to try. Room is perfect, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was the best! They had everything from Pho noodles to sushi, omelette, local foodfare! Kudos to Ms Quinn for serving me and pouring me drink without me asking! Superb view at the breakfast area! Will definitely come back again in my next trip!

We stayed just one night but would go back again anytime! Excellent location, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The skybar was fun. The breakfast was the only place I felt this hotel fell short. There's definitely room for improvement there. And plenty of other options for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Ms. Cherry who arranged for a private car to Ninh Binh even after her shift had ended. There may be many nice hotels in Ha Noi, but I highly recommend this one!

Exceptional”
Considered not expensive for a room on friday night stay. Night check in. Compared to other 2hotels i stayed, hospitality is normal, breakfast variety is ok taste is normal. Restaurant is at higher floor with good view. Room is ok and clean. Allow to keep luggage there even after check out. I didnt try other facility, so i have no comment. Overall still worth the money and an economical 4star hotel

Excellent accodomation in a perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The rooftop bar had beautiful views of the city and the buffet breakfast had a great range of options. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel Option”
My husband and I had a great stay at Aurora Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar has a great view, and the location is great. It is right in the heart of Old Town within walking distance of most sites. Even with the proximity to the loud and busy streets, our room was very quiet. We highly recommend staying at the Aurora Hotel!

BEST HOTEL IN HANOI!”
Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is fantastic; right in the heart of everything and if a taxi was ever required, the staff were always more than happy to assist. On arrival, we were provided with a local map and the staff took the time to highlight key attractions and assist us to orient ourselves. The rooms were incredible with lovely comfortably beds, plush pillows, crisp clean white sheets and all brand new bathroom amenities. It was also sound proof and pitch black for sleeping which some of the other 4/5 star resorts we stayed in were not. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and beautifully presented. There is an incredible rooftop bar, a spa centre (where I had the BEST massage I had throughout my entire three weeks in Vietnam), a delicious buffet breakfast and a restaurant which blew us away because of the quality of the food. We weren't expecting the hotel restaurant to be so fantastic and regrettably only ate there for the first time on the last night

Amazing hotel”
Delicacy Central is perfectly located in the Old Quarters in Hanoi. Everything is brand new because this hotel is new. The bed is sooooo soft and comfortable. The pillows and comforter are so fluffy and it feels like you're sleeping on clouds. We only stayed here one night before our cruise to Halong Bay, but the customer service we received was top notch and deserves 5 stars. All staffs were very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was in 702 - and I didn't realized it didn't have window but it was ok because we were out majority of the day anyways. The breakfast from the hotel was great and had variety. We enjoyed it before we got picked up for our cruise. They have a rooftop bar and the drinks are pricey compared to the alcohol you can buy at the street bars. The view from the rooftop bar though is simply amazing and worth the extra expense. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again. Great Service, Best Location”
We booked 8 rooms, i guess hence why we also get such good service. They basically helped us arranged some of things we asked for, like transport, breakfast when we need it earlier than their timing and etc. Apart from that, the hotel room is very clean (which im most particular of) and that is good. Ours was the Luxury type with windows, hence i think it is also a better type of room and more comfortable. Anything smaller may seem kinda narrow. Also, i think the hotel is situated at a very good location - away from the hustle bustle of the noisy street where they close for events on weekends but at the same time it is just 3 mins away by walking. Overall, was a good stay, i would wanna stay again next time.

Great place to stay”
Got this room at a great deal. The hotel connected me with one of the staff to help with any queries about travelling Hanoi/Vietnam. She was extremely helpful with booking transport between towns and also recommended a great coffee spot near the hotel! Room-wise, really great. Clean sheets, basic toiletries provided, aircon works great, lots of hangers provided for your clothes. Just note that mineral water in the minibar is chargeable, different from the free distilled water that they put by your beds. Water heater works great and water pressure is good as well.

Ms. Cherry & team are very friendly and helpful during our stay. No issue communicating in English. Good service. Hotel is new and clean. Room is a bit small but bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also a bit small but water pressure is perfect. The Skybar at 12th floor is awesome. We travelled as a group of friends and couples and we really enjoyed our time spent chilling out together at the Skybar in the late evenings. Prices are reasonable too. Hotel breakfast has good variety. Many food choices too at walking distance from the hotel, opening as early as 6.30am.

Staff from receptionist and bellboy to cleaner and massagist are very helpful and friendly. Although it’s not the fanciest hotel lobby you’ll find in the area, the room is great for its value. Restaurant on 11/F has great view. Receptionist is very observant, not only she helped me make reservation at testing center for my travel, she also helped me call grab. Highly recommended!

staying in this hotel was really satisfying experience. room and the facilities are all very clean, employees were really kind and nice. and because its location is on very center of Hanoi so it was really easy to get a taxi and almost every tour place was not far.

We really enjoyed our stay in Aurora Hotel, rooms were neat and tidy, every furniture looks new! Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was great as well! Location was very near to many sites to visit, finding a grab there was very easy. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended!

Nice hotel in the area”
The hotel is located very near Hoan Kiem lake which is so much convenient, we really love the atmosphere around. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is kinda smaller than my thought according to the pictures on website. However, services and breakfast are so good 😊 Absolutely we will come back here for the next trip to Ha Noi.
