The studio apartment my wife, child and I stayed at was clean and well appointed. The couple managing the place were friendly and made us feel very welcome. If I am fortunate enough to have another holiday in sunny Nelson I would go straight back to DeLorenzo's !

De Lorenzo's is really a find. The studios are very nicely decorated and well appointed, easy to access and beautifully clean. Nice showers and very comfortable beds. The small pool is fabulous for a dip. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here any time we came to Nelson.

Perfect Place Huge Value”

A brilliant place to stay. Room incredible, everything you need and more!Beautiful toiletries, great Tuatara coffee each day, laundry facilities in room, amazing shower with different options, super comfy huge bed with electric blankets and wow so warm with a really efficient heat pump, sky tv and very close to town. We honestly could not believe the value we got - thank you so much, this helped make a birthday surprise very special. If we are back in Nelson, we will definitely come and stay here again. So close to really lovely restaurants - easy parking. We have travelled to many places world wide - this place rates right up there for what you provide.

Clean and comfortable, Modern decor and friendly”

We spent a few days here and was extremly happy with the service. The room was modern and had everything you needed to function with out having to go out looking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nelson is a beautiful area and has a lot to offer. Would recommend this hotel to others and will return if we ever come back this way again.

We stayed in a studio room. Well appointed, king size bed very comfortable. Good kitchen and laundry facilites and really close to Nelson main centre.

Fantastic location - short walk into the town, very friendly staff and wonderful accommodation. Would definitely return. Nelson is a wonderful spot and the apartment a great venue.

Perfect location, comfortable, well appointed room”

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, the room clean and very comfortable. An easy five minute walk to the centre of Nelson, supermarket a stones throw away, loads of good restaurants for dining out although the kitchenette quite adequate for cooking in if you don't fancy eating out. Couldn't find fault with any aspect of our stay.

I booked a studio. my room is on ground floor. It comes with cooking facilities and in built washing machine and dryer. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Happy with the stay and recommended.

What a great stay!! The front desk manager was SO fantastic to deal with. We arrived early and kept perishable items in the fridge for us until our room was available. We went out on a tour and when we came back all of our stuff was transferred into our room. The room was fabulous- we were on the upper floor overlooking the pool. The kitchen facilities were fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again:)

The apartments are located on the edge of town, so walking distance to lunch/ dinner options is perfect . The reception is efficient and helpful, with the rooms well serviced with all you would need for any type of stay, holiday, business, pleasure etc... Would definitely be top of my list for next visit

Just perfect”

Unfortunately we only stayed here one night. After arriving early we were able to check in with no problems whatsoever. The apartments were perfect and very well appointed. I asked if they had a bar-b-que, and moments later one was delivered to our porch! Great location near town, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
