Clean, comfortable, but need taxi to get to Impact ”
The room is large (comparing to hotel room in Bangkok center), very comfortable, clean and value for money, especially suitable for whom attend Impact events. The staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated that he waited with a turned-on air-conditioner to welcome us. However, the address on Agoda is Popular Condo C5 , which located closer to the Impact. In fact, we were assigned to C7, a further building, and is not in walking distance, especially with high heel in business suit. Fortunately, the taxi is available 24/24, always easy to get one.

Acceptable”
My stay in Deluxe at Popular Condo was acceptable. This is actually not a hotel, it's an apartment that Thailand people live in, like in a neighborhood. So it feels very local. The room is comfortable, though not too clean with dusts on beds and pillows. The bed condition is not good either, it's broken at the corner of the bed. TV, microwave and fridge is available so that's pretty okay. Near the apartment is a food court which we got really authentic Thai food, there are factory outlets nearby, and there's a Sunday market near the factory outlets that we explored and the items sold there might be even cheaper than in Pratunam. As I was there for a business trip at IMPACT, I needn't go to town which take around 40mins in cab if there isn't traffic jam. I recommend this apartment for people who just needs to be near impact for business, or for people who don't mind the travel to and fro town. It was an okay stay, but I most probably would not stay there again.

Convenience & Comfort”
It was a condo in a huge boring complex, but the room itself was nicely decorated and equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained in our unit, there was food galore in the area, easy access to taxis and within walking distance of Impact. Perfect for business travelers attending a function at the convention center or perhaps show attendees.

Location was good as we wanted to stay outside the centre of Bangkok. Room was clean and basic but tired looking. The air conditioning only just about did its job and noisy.

Inside MuangTongThani”
The concert I went planed to end around 2am then I decided to stay here. This is not hotel but daily rental room. Actually there is hotel nearer but 4x price. As i am local Thai then I am ok to rest here. It's condomenium that need key card to access. No reception, need to call and staff meet you.

Not like the photo at all”
The photo is very misleading. The room is very old. The bed is rock hard!! Furniture is fall apart. The only plus point is the room size is big and A/C is working well. Close to food and shopping area.

The rooms are huge”
The rooms are huge and clean. But if you stay 2-3 nights they won't change your beddings towels soap or even tissue. In short you're on your own. The building sound deadening is awful. You can hear the rooms on your right left and top. Location are good though lots of food downstairs

Overall, we are satisfy with the given room. Person in charge is very helpful as well. Easy check in and check out procedure - Just ring the PIC for keys handover.

Very expensive, 2500thb for one night in this popular economic condo. Dirty and old. I booked because the photos looked nice and need additional bed for child. But and even not so safe area. I scared. I was disappointed totally....don’t bring your children there!

It was so good that we can grab food in the morning, park the car and rush to the Impact Conference Hall within half an hour, compared to staying in a hotel which is more pricy and getting there, I always stuck in the traffic for 1-2 hrs.
