great value for money, nice location”
walking distance to SM Cebu. superb service. affordable. the room is nicely furnished and decorated.. the only downside was that there was no regular water service during our stay. MCWD had repairs around the area. would gladly stay again if same problem does not exist.

Stayed total 4 nights in 2 different units. Overall pleasant stay. Second unit had a broken shower head which was replaced immediately when I told about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It might be worth of notifying people that there are noisy constructions going on at upper floors. Head to rooftop to take a good look around the area.

Surprised and disappointed”
When I first got to this condo unit I thought it seemed promising, it was a cute little room with nice views, however soon after I realised that the air conditioning rattled. After that I began to realise that the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room down well and I wasn't very well that week. The first evening I was there I got locked out because the door lock wouldn't open with the key so they changed the lock, I was hanging around for a while as they sorted it out. The first day they also quietened the air con down and the next day the air con was fixed so it was cooler. Then I found there was a problem with the shower head because the water was only coming out of a few of the holes so they changed that. There were also some very small and pesky ants in the room so whenever I left a bit of food about the ants would swarm around the food so I had to wash everything up. I complained to Agoda. In defence of the staff they did work hard to sort the problems out.

Very nice and decent place, centrally located and a few minutes walk to the nearest mall, the staff is quite friendly but was not around when we arrived, we had to wait and asked around for her.

Full building renovation underway. Hallways, Lobby, not clean, not air conditioned, slummy. No mention of construction in ad.

we got a different room than we booked, the staff pretended they did not know what we were talking about - if we have a deluxe then this is great: /!?! Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty - gray bedding, towels smelly, some things could stick, a bathroom sink torn, dirty and sticky tiles (massacre)! typical Filipino service - what would you do to avoid doing it !? besides, there were still worms: ((running and in cabinets, on bedding and on the table: ((we do not recommend !!!

Please make your area looks inviting. No linens for 4 persons which you have accepted as the numbers of guest. No towels provided we need to request for it and room is dark. Hot shower is not working too.

the worst room ive stayed in”
the host is very unresponsive. called a few times but no answer, even sent a couple of messages here but completely ignored the air conditioning is not working. we had to request for an electric fan coz it was so hot during the day. the place is not well maintained.

Honestly, the location of the unit is very good. We're near at the SM mall, and other locations that we wanted to go. But sadly, the owner of this unit is often unresponsive. She only answers when she wants to. We have some concerns in the room: •The multifunction e.kettle is not working properly. • The induction stove also does not work properly • All of the towels and some of the pillow case inside the room were worn-out • The AC outlet is very loose. Sometimes the AC does not work. • The remote in the TV is not working properly. • The water dispenser does not give cold water. • The kitchen sink is leaking. The water that stinks, overflows in the room. We chose this unit not only because of its price, and the location, we chose this unit because of the amenities it offers. But disappointingly so, it did meet our expectation All we can say is the owner should maintain the condo unit well.

優點：位置近SM CITY是很方便購物的，住宿是當地的公寓，能體驗當地人的居住也是不錯，公寓樓下有間便利店，可以買一些日常用品，但價格比較貴 壞點：房間基本設備都沒有，例如：被、紙巾、牙膏、牙刷、沖涼液、洗手液都沒有，電視搖控也沒有電，床、梳化、椅子都很污糟，好像沒什麼清洗，風筒也沒有，要去Ｆ層問才有得用，而且是沒有執房服務，如果你住很多天建議你住比較好一點的酒店，價格不會太便宜，我是住２天，所以還好

超级差评”
基本是和蚂蚁蟑螂睡了一晚上。根本不能入睡！睡被子面上的！因为一进门就看到两只超大蟑螂，床头，水槽爬。克服不了心理障碍只能睡被子上面，然后自己处理死了一只，结果早上起来！蟑螂死的那个位置，全是蚂蚁！不知道为啥17楼还那么多蚂蚁，不是密集恐惧症都看着发麻！然后实在受不了了，早上一早就退房了。最主要办理入住和退房都没人，还是我们打电话问的！

餐桌上都是蚂蚁，特别多的那种不是一只两只，但是位置还行吧，离SM步行5分钟，有额外一张小床可供三人休息 没有提供洗漱用品的要自备。
