The place is very nice, clean and decently good size. Small kitchen area, good sized bathroom (no light over the bathroom sink). A nice little kitchenette. Good sized refridgerator. Each day you get a roll of toilet paper, 2 waters and 2 coffees. The desk area is sizable and the reading nook is great when it's not too hot. The place gets a lot of natural light which is super nice.

Quiet corner of Bangkok”
I like this hotel and have been back twice when I needed to be in Bangkok. It is close to a Villa supermarket so going to a restaurant was not a problem, and I usually walked to find a place to eat. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a washing machine as one of my stays was for about one month. I would recommend this for travelers who want somewhere away from town. It's also a short motorbike ride away from the BTS. Overall I like De Res and would use it again.

I liked the setup of the rooms. Theyre well thought out. Everything seems to be remodeled. The bed was very hard though. The first rooms toilet kept clogging and I finally moved rooms and didnt have the same problem. Its quiet there. Washer and dryer and small workout area. Lots of parking with night security on staff

This apartment is good value. It has a fridge, sink, dishes, bowls, spoon and fork, water boiler and toaster. Microwave too. The only thing if you work online is that the internet keeps cutting you off and you constantly have to sign in. So if you work online it is not ideal. Lots of food nearby.

Nothing like the photos”
I came across this property on Agoda, and I fell in love with the room, the vibe, and the decor. I understand that the room does not have to look exactly like the photos on the website. However, I think Agoda needs to rethink its policies on the hotel using unrealistic photos. This is way too unreal. None of the decor items in my room exist, except one lamp. I chose to stay here because of the cozy vibe. The reality is that the room is super basic, white, square, and boxy, not cozy and homey, and not what I paid for. Definitely, not worth my money. I checked in to find dust on the floor, some hair, and dust on the kitchen counter. No one checked the room before the guest's check-in, and I booked the room one week in advance. I asked for the room makeup the next day, and the dust on the kitchen counter was still there. I think the management of this property needs to reconsider the price versus the value the customers are getting. For the toiletries, I get cheap shampoo and liquid soap, and that's it. I am not coming back.
