Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse facilities included Adult/Children Swimming Pool, Gyms, Jacuzzi Pool, Tennis Court, and Playground.

Property policies

A Security deposit of RM300 to be collected via Bank Transfer on the check-in day. The refund will be made within 48 hrs via bank transfer after checked-out. We also accept SGD100 paid by PayLah, PayNow. - Villa provides charcoal base BBQ pit and gas Steamboats upon request. - Guests have to do basic clean-up before check-out. a fee of RM20 will be charged for each of the items used without clean-up. - Villa also provides an electrical base Korea BBQ hotplate and Steamboat for rental upon request. - MahJong set for rent at RM30 - Air castle for rent at RM450 1) Smoking in the house is not allowed. A charge of RM150 to be levied to remove the odour. 2) Charges for loss of key RM20/-, Remote Controller RM120/- and others at market value + service fees. 3) There will be a charge of RM30/- for every 30 mins late or part-of delay check-out. 4) No wearing of outside shoes in the house. 5) Charges for excessive usage of water and electricity. A reinstatement fee of RM300 to be levied, if uses of owned high power multiple heating appliances (hot plate, steamboat & cooking devices) cause the villa main fuse burnt. 6) Please keep your voice down after 11 pm 7) Please keep the house tidy and put rubbish in the garbage bags provided. 8) Please tie up garbage bags and put them in the trash bin outside the house when check-out) 9) No permanent drawing or marking on any wall surface of the villa. 10) An extra fee will be charged if additional manpower is required to do the followings: - Move back all bulky items (ie. Mattress, bed frame, tables, chair etc) to the original position. - Put all rubbish into the trash bin outside. - Basic clean up all used culinary, BBQ pit, steamboat pots, kitchen, and surrounding. - Remove your own food/drink inside and outside the fridge and oven. - Remove and clear up all decorative ornaments after the party.

Convenient place and landlord is friendly”

The villa is located at a very convenient place. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 mins driving to water park or to the place watching firefly. The landlord is friendly and allow us to check out late.

Worth its value ”

I had almost nothing to complain about this place plus the good hospitality by the host. The flies was a bummer though..But you cant really do much with it ...That's the only thing I can comment about this place.

Acceptable”

Short circuit twice. Once when checked in. Second when returned trip from outside. Feedback to host but host put the fault on us. A lot of ants at dining area. The place is not well maintained. There are some non-working fans and lights. Only thing I like is only the location which is a few mins drive to the eateries.
