Amazing place, amazin people :-)”
With my friend, it is the second time that we have stayed at this resort. Everything that is happening there, all the staff, the quality of their services and, above all, the joy and friendship with which they do their work, gives you the feeling that you are at home among the family. We will definitely come back there again, such people are never forgotten. Great boys at Tropicana, Soda and Sunset bars. Our beloved singing waiters at The Palm restaurant :-) And, of course, always full of energy and extremely positive animators team.

Best vacation ever”
Me and my wife had a very good time there, the room was spacious, not very fancy but good enough, the view was amazing, i love the effort that’s been done to make the resort look so good, the staff is really the highlight here, all are polite, very friendly and helpful, the food is very good, plentiful and tasty, the main restaurant is king, el dolfino restaurant was very good the sea view there was awesome, try to steer clear from fattosh restaurant though, all they offer is grilled food and the palm actually does it better, the spa there is very good had a good massage, the aqua park is awesome too, So all and all a very good resort almost no complaints except for two minor things, the lady that does the reservations for the restaurants at the guest relations office was not friendly and the pool had a rough patch that could hurt somebody’s foot if they’re not careful, but this is really net picking in the end desert rose will be one of my fondest memory and i am sure ill be going back there again.

Good value holiday resort in Hurghada. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly to everyone. They take great pride in keeping this resort clean 24/7. Rooms are big and have all you need for a comfortable stay. Would I recommend, yes, would I go back, yes.

This is the second time i visit this resort Very good stuff and animation team you don't need to go outside the resort you will find animation team from 11 am till 11 pm on tje beach and in night activity. Stuff are very polite and cooperative with a good smiley faces The 3 Pools are in a very good condition restaurants are clean and organized well I didn't lole the food at the same level i liked the resort but the food differs from ome to another. Finally i liked the resort and i will visit again

Me and My wife had a great stay. *points of strength: - Food and drinks are available all the time for all inclusive stay. - Other restaurants to be reserved (for free) and had a great experience in the Lebanese and IL Dolphino restaurant. - Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Very joyful animation team. which you can find activities during the day and at night. - Great value of money - Nice green areas. - Resort's atmosphere is Comfy. *Points needs improvements: - Pillows were hard and cause some pain. we even asked the room service for softer pillow but they bring no much softer ones. - Pools were very cold, only one pool was heated and was just less cold than others. - Diving center was not very professional and lack equipment. however we enjoyed the reefs at the diving spot.

Pros : the beach, the location, the bars, swimming pools, a la carte lebanese restaurant was nice, lots of green areas, snorkeling is fun, aquapark is fun, beach cafeteria view is awesome. cons : Rooms where not well attained and had insects, Rooms weren't ready after check in we found rooms missing handkerchiefs, uncomfortable beds, animation team is no fun , be ware of the diving team, no Food variety, hard all inclusive bases are nut including fresh juices however the waiter informed us after delivering the juice, no golf carts available for elders, no towel cards and you need to cary towels with you from the room to the pool and the beach and this is so annoying.

Me gustó todo el hotel en general!! Personal,el complejo, la playa especial para hacer snorquel, llenó de pescaditos!! Muchos bares, te davan alcohol sin problemas, la comida muy rica... Eramos las únicas dos personas de habla hispana en el hotel (que es gigante y lleno de gente, especialmente rusos) tal vez la unica contra es que nadie absolutamente nadie habla español... Con el inglés hablan todos.. volvería sin dudas.... Tanto a Egipto como a este hotel de hurgada!!!

刚走进大堂的时候还觉得不错，宽敞明亮，游泳池也够多。但钱怕是都拿去修公共设施了，房间里的硬件也太差了些，卫生也堪忧，住得非常难受。

环境还不错是唯一的优点，其他的都很差，餐食看起来多其实样数非常少，工作人员态度也很一般，整个酒店管理非常混乱。问酒店要烧水的壶送了两个小时才送过来呵呵呵
