Improper unit to rent out”

Paid the ones in photos but got much worst unit. Tembok2 bocor. Sofa bed sudah rusak (didudukin tidak bisa, apalagi ditidurin) Remote AC 2 rusak. Harusnya diperbaiki dulu baru disewakan. Dan tolong jangan pake foto lain untuk unit yang berbeda. Kecewanya kebangetan.

The 2 BR not clean and too small , only one shower to small . And the kitchen sink with No cabinet for the dishes. The bed sheet not clean .

Run down and moldy!”

This apartment was not at all like the picture! It had peeling wallpaper and a huge spot of mold by one of the beds and old saggy, dirty mattresses. The apartment had little to no upkeep. There were no towels, toilet paper, or soap provided. Information from the renter was also lacking, it would be helpful to know things like how to get to the pool, where to park, which elevator to take, where to discard trash, etc.

Warna bed sweet dan sarung bantal tidak ada yang serasi, gordyn seadanya, lampu ada yang mati 2, listrik tiba2 mati tengah malam, ruangan unit apartment nya kotor. Tidak layak disewakan dgn harga 400.000,-. Mending ke hotel aja.

Kualitas apartemen nya kurang bagus. Ranjangnya sdh rusak besi2nya sdh pd keluar, sofa bed jg sakit besi2nya sdh pd naik Kran air diganjel pakai tali Kamar lembab, banyak bekas bocor 🤦🏽 Jauh drpd yg diharapkan.
